Rang the store and was told they couldn’t send a replacement as the kitchen had closed but they would issue a refund. 6 weeks later, after several promises money would be in my account within 48 hours and a manager taking my number to keep me updated, I’m yet to receive any money back.
Staff I spoke to on the phone were helpful however management seemed to not care in the slightest and I now cannot get through to the store. Definitely avoid as if anything is wrong they’re not going to bother...

The bacon in the Double Bacon Smash (£15.50 for a wannabe burger, which was also burnt???) was so salty that I had to ditch it for fear of having a coronary!
The Garlic Criss-Cross Fries (£5.50 for a ½ of a potato???) were cold & the portion was daylight robbery for the price!
The Garlic Dip (£2.50 for a squirt) was tiny!
£23.50, not including the 3 cans of Coke Zero, is absolutely disgraceful!!!
