My 17yr old daughter went in to the shop at 4.50pm. She asked if he was closed and he rudely responded “closing”. She asked for 3 rib-eyes with hardly any fat - our personal preference.

She was given 3 lumps of steak with fat throughout the meat.

When she asked could she add a bag to the price, he gruffly told her “you don’t pay for bags”.
