Finding food in a foreign land has to be the toughest thing ever But i am glad that I found first avenue coffee!!!! A place that feels like home in this unknown city!!! Ther food is amazing, the interiors are cozy and its right next to the business school. Also, thank you so much for the student discount, it really lets me eat more peacfully.The affordable coffee and delicious food gives me the strength to attend classes. The moment I walk, I am greeted with the smile by schewan(i dont know if I am pronoucing it right, sorry)And thank you for giving me the loyalty card for coffee....yayyyy Just 2 areas for improvement - the fries quantity is sooo less for 5 pounds....could you pls increase the quantity or some combo with panini And there are some small fly kind of insect downstairs and upstairs too, pls if you could find a solution for that. Other than this I would highly recommend this place to everyone!

Food was very expensive considering the portion sizes and quality of what we got. (£60+) There was a group of 4 of us and 3 ordered Fry's. Each one was missing something (one didn't get any bacon, another got 2 sodas and no potato bread, etc) the "sliver" of black pudding on the fry up was embarrassing, it was no thicker than a beer mat. (Would suggest if you are looking a fry up to walk about 10minutes to the Mad Hatter instead.) The other person in our group got the chicken and waffles. The menu said it was spicy chicken tenders but they actually got the thin strips of chicken from the Asian supermarket. In hindsight we could see why at 11am on a Saturday the place was empty and every other similar shop on stranmillis was nearly full. When I went up to pay the staff were busy on their phones and took them several minutes to notice I was there. Shame because the shop is comfortable and decorated well. Doubt we will rush back here when there are so many other options available in the area. Hopefully it was just an off...
