Sinnamon Coffee — Restaurant in Belfast

A lovely little place with a very cosy feel, however the food was very disappointing. Basic bacon and cream cheese bagel was hard to fault and well presented however the Caesar Salad Ciabatta came out as a bagel and was literally chicken with mayo and a lump of lettuce on top with some nachos thrown on the plate randomly - followed by a bacon, Brie and cranberry toastie, minus the most essential part, the Brie. Literally bacon and Cranberry in a toastie.

I love this coffee shop for a three reasons. First, the staff are absolutely lovely. They are so fun and friendly even though the shop stays very busy. Second is the coffee and the tea. I highly recommend the Americano, the latte and the tea. Lastly, the food is really nice too. In fact a few times I even ordered some food via deliveroo when I had company just because I knew it's consistently good food. Rude service and embarrassing

Student at university, down the road from this cafe. Went here early morning time (last October) before a lecture. Asked for a tea, but the two male baristas were very rude to me and pretty much grunted when I asked for my order. Immediately felt like a burden being there. They even got my order wrong and did not apologise. The whole experience was very embarrassing as other customers were watching.
