I ordered for a group of six and the service was polite and quick, and according to the group all the drinks were nice.
I liked the use of glasses for presentation of some of the coffees, and the large coffee cup my own drink came in was also very nice.
I am abled bodied by as far as I can tell the cafe is wheelchair friendly with plenty of space to maneuver and a disabled bathroom at the back of the cafe. There was no loud music playing but there were occasional loud noises from the coffee machines as expected.
The shop is in a good location, close by the multistory carpark but still within easy walking distance of the city centre.
There is a nice variety of seating from small two person tables to large benches for groups, and it is not cramped like many small coffee shops are. There was also outside seating opening into a pedestrian only walkway, although there is still relatively loud traffic noise from the nearby road.

Read moreThe coffee was great. The staff are great. The bacon bagel looked great but the bacon bagel was not so great. The bagel was like a brick and you really needed something akin to a chainsaw to cut through it rather than a blunt knife. What is wrong with sliced pan like Belfast people are used to? It was lethal. Like concrete. When you tried to slice it, it flew off the plate. You had to use the knife like a saw. The butter just sat on the top - even it had trouble negotiating it. My mistake was not sending it...
