I ordered for a group of six and the service was polite and quick, and according to the group all the drinks were nice. I liked the use of glasses for presentation of some of the coffees, and the large coffee cup my own drink came in was also very nice. I am abled bodied by as far as I can tell the cafe is wheelchair friendly with plenty of space to maneuver and a disabled bathroom at the back of the cafe. There was no loud music playing but there were occasional loud noises from the coffee machines as expected. The shop is in a good location, close by the multistory carpark but still within easy walking distance of the city centre. There is a nice variety of seating from small two person tables to large benches for groups, and it is not cramped like many small coffee shops are. There was also outside seating opening into a pedestrian only walkway, although there is still relatively loud traffic noise from the nearby road. We didn't eat anything during our visit but there appeared to be a nice selection of snacks and lunch style foods available. The bathrooms were relatively clean, although not as clean as I would like, but everything worked and toilet paper and soap was stocked up. The style of the cafe is a nice modern and airy space, managing to be both minimalist and cozy at the same time.

The coffee was great. The staff are great. The bacon bagel looked great but the bacon bagel was not so great. The bagel was like a brick and you really needed something akin to a chainsaw to cut through it rather than a blunt knife. Was also worried that one of the sawn off little suckers would fly off the plate as it broke free from the rest of the bagel with the amount of effort being put in to cutting it up. Not sure other customers would have fancied bagel bites in the eye. Unclear whether you’re then supposed to dip the hacked up bits of bagel into the coffee to soften them or just plough on and hope for the best. Cakes and crisps are better options. Update 19 April 2025: ordered toast as that was the healthiest thing they sold. Out came sourdough. Had I known it was sourdough I’d have said no. What is wrong with sliced pan like Belfast people are used to? It was lethal. Like concrete. When you tried to slice it, it flew off the plate. You had to use the knife like a saw. The butter just sat on the top - even it had trouble negotiating it. My mistake was not sending it back. Unedible.

Pretty underwhelming food, got a beetroot wrap and a 'filled bagel'. The bagel was as seen on picture. Pretty sad amount of everything just thrown on a plate. The beetroot wrap was dry like paper and there was barely any falafel in it. Coffee was OK. Will never be back.

Always use ground coffee shop when I am in the town , nice staff, good coffee and food . One problem when I entered today the girl serving told me to look if I could get a seat , Luckily there was one available , but also there where at least three people sitting with laptops with empty coffee cups beside them , the other chairs were taken up with there coats and laptop cases .I said to the girl serving , she told me she had to ask a person to move earlier on , as he had been sitting for an hour and a half . We had our food and moved on , the people on laptops were still sitting , next time I'll ...
