Belfast Beer Bike — Attraction in Belfast

Rude rude driver.We were running late so we call 7 minutes prior to our booking to let them know in which the response was ‘the other group aren’t here yet anyway’ so we of cause still continue to be quick and arrive at 3 minutes past. Then mid way through the trip we ask if we can plug our phone into the aux (as at the start he states ‘you can plug yours in half way through’ ) and the other helper (not the driver) says ‘you’re not allowed to plug it in as the other group were 20 minutes early’ which was not his decision it was, shock, the rude drivers. We stopped for a break and the driver told us we can have 10-15 minutes so three of the boys went for a toilet break, in which the driver told us KFC we could use, they went into kfc and there were no toilets to use so they found somewhere else, in which they took 8 minutes. As they were gone he was telling us to call them to ask where they were when he told them 10-15? When they didn’t arrive back to the bike they were greeted with rude sarcastic comments. There wasn’t just sarcasm when they arrived back the driver made consistent comments throughout the entire journey. Now, the driver will decided to try and twist the time frames however I have proof of when we arrived and proof of when the boys got back and left so more than happy to share if the run response continues with my comment. A well run nice company would apologise, and not call their guests ars hole. That response shows they are not happy they’ve been outed and guilty.

The other helper on the bike was lovely, the driver however was nothing but rude....

Such a shame as was definitely looking forward to this. Ruined our trip to be honest. When your told your allowed 10-15 min break to toilets they told us to go to, when they don’t have toilets in we needed to find another place to take a toilet break. Granted it took longer but when we get back to the bike. We apologised and then we were hit with sarcastic comments saying we were only allowed 5 mins break. Utter shambles. Definitely...

I’m only rating a 1 as I can’t rate a 0 I’m incredibly disappointed with our experience and the attitude of the driver on the beer bikes, a few sarcastic comments were made which were uncalled for and unnecessary and ruined the experience, they also did not let us connect to the music as promised, I would definitely not recommend using...
