Manager is extremely rude and overcharging.

Before I ordered, I called the restaurant to check if this restaurant sells halal food, as this was not appearing under halal food search in Uber Eats. I spoke to the manager. I replied back to me in an extremely rude way. Right after that he hanged up the call.

I then ordered through Uber Eats. A portion of Poori and Vegetable Samosa. I was shocked to see the size of the samosas. In the descriptions, it says homemade flour pastry dough, which is completely a lie. I thought, restaurant might have given me wrong samosas. Because no normal restaurant will charge £4.95 for these two little samosas. I then decided to call the restaurant.

Manager is extremely rude over the phone. Overcharging like robbery. I ordered two small samosas for £4.95. You can get a bag of 20 same samosas from supermarket for £5. I call to talk to the manager. He insulted me. Told me that ‘do what you can do and don’t order from here’. I’m really sorry for the stuff members.

I will raise it further and make sure this restaurant must gets price review. How could he justify the price for those two samosas with wrong descriptions. Of course his behaviour towards customers, will be raised too.

No one should buy food from here.

You all can see the response from the restaurant here, saying that I am leaving a fake feedback. I have the receipt and ordered through UberEats. Any restaurant would apologies for the behaviour after seeing this feedback. Restaurant manager would probably say to reach out to the restaurant for a resolution. As I mentioned, the manager was extremely rude. So this response very much expected from the manager.

I highly recommend Indian 'Indian Tiffins Belfast' for authentic Indian food. Most of the other restaurants in the city has already compromised the 'spiceness' to cater to the Belfast local taste, where as this is really Made for people from India.

To those non-Indians, if you want to try the original taste of Indian food, this is the place. However, India is so diverse and so is our food. Hence, opinions are subjective.

I would highly recommend their Bagara rice with Chicken or Lamb. Idly, Masala Dosa, Poori Channa all are exceptional. Try it atleast once.
