Yo Burger Lisburn Road — Restaurant in Belfast

Would never come back here again! I never leave reviews but I am so taken back by the service of this place and the terrible food served. 24th September what ever staff member I was speaking to on front til of Lisburn road was so rude and had no people skills. I ordered my order and he didn’t seem to understand me when it was a basic order and had an attitude having to repeat him self. I ordered this and brought this home. The food was freezing, to top it off I was served a cold bap with lettuce! I had to drive the hole way back over and explain what the problem was. This staff member was not apologetic, was shaken his head at me and taken an attitude bearing in mind I had to come the hole way back over and his customer service skills where a disgrace. I will not be back to this place and I will not be recommending this place to anyone! I understand mistakes happen however this staff member should not work with public if he can’t handle situations like this. When I walked out he didn’t even say as much as a bye, or sorry about that. Ordered from Yo Burger on Saturday 14/08 after seeing it all over tiktok and hearing good things. I ordered a lettuce wrap burger as I wanted to try it and didn't fancy bread at the time. Maybe my mistake for choosing this but I expected the lettuce to packaged seperate so it didn't wilt and go soggy but the burger arrived constructed and the lettuce was inedible as seen in the photo. I ate the actual burger anyway and it was OK, bit pricey for all the toppings I got. Fries bit soggy but understandable as it was delivered and not fussy that way. I also got a biscoff milkshake which I have to say was amazing.

Overall seems like a decent place for food but a bit expensive for what you get, would suggest for those who order the lettuce burger for delivery than the entice be wrapped seperate from the burger to avoid wilting. Seems like a good shout for a sit in but maybe...

My friends love this place and I can see why , staff is nice and food for meat eaters is good. But I took my gf to try the veggie burgers and they came out black and all I could taste was charcoal. I'm so disappointed because I was starving I ate it and said "never will I come back". I hate to complain as I think it's because the veggie burgers come in frozen and they fear them being raw in the middle. I'd rather eat a raw burger that had flavour than a £10 piece of charcoal with a brioche bap. Once again I'm sorry to the staff to complain as I never ever do because I know what it's like , I've worked in service for 6 years and people/public are crazy but veggies beware eat somewhere else.
