Abu Dhabi Cafe Lounge — Restaurant in Birmingham

I liked this place no matter where I was I always went to this place but last night when I went there I ordered my regular Shisha and a pot of tea. We always go in a group of three people and never had issue but last night after ordering we sat at the table and receptionist came to us and said we have to buy two Shisha as apparently 1 Shisha is for two people and I was like we don't have issue ordering it but one person can't smoke shisha all the time that's why we order one but he didn't listen. I asked for a refund then he's like just get something else to cover up the expense for Shisha and you can stay.And Shisha so poorly prepared that we left early. I was so disappointed in the service. Now I won't be going there anymore they lost...

Worst shisha lounge in Birmingham if I could give zero stars I would when receiving our Shisha the employee was standing there on his phone totally ignoring us and doing whatever he was doing on his phone before he sorted our Shisha we were actually quite baffled as we have never had such bad customer service. The Shisha was the worst of the worst they also had no food I didn’t understand what Shisha lounge does not have food the mojitos were also disgusting the seating was of old age this place needs to be shut down!!! Or a massive staff and place refurbishment. Never ever will go back here and will also tell friends and family not to come here either would really give zero stars...

I thought I visit this lounge as i heard good stuff and it did not disappoint, the shisha was reasonably price and i believe its one of the cheapest in Birmingham.
