Adriannas City View Apartment — Hotel in Birmingham

Please avoid this place at all costs! It stinks and the owners are so rude and have taken £100 in fake damages because we left a bad review on booking.com. We left the apartment spotless there was no damages, we even have pictures of how we left it as I had a hunch that they will try do something like this. The windows are so thin and cheap you can hear everything you will have the worst sleep of your life you can hear everything from people walking on the street and having a conversation. It’s so cold and it’s not clean. A lady called D checked us in and she was very very rude very hostile and had so much attitude. When we got there the curtain rail just fell it was so scary and was a hazard as it just missed me. There is no apology or any care for what happened. Had to move apartments twice because the first one smelt like urine And we were given so much hostility in attitude for even stating this. They take your money and will not give it back please go on Booking.com and read the reviews from worst to good and you will see that many people have had the same experience avoid this place at...

This apartment was the worst apartment in the whole of Birmingham! I do not recommend, it was absolutely filthy. The carpets had stains everywhere along with the bedding. The shower door was coming off its hindges which was extremely dangerous. The sofa bed had disgusting stains as well as smelt awful! The dish washer seemed to not been cleaned which made the whole living room smell as bad. This apartment was an absolute joke. We had to leave a day earlier and book another apartment at staycity due to the awful conditions. The owner 'Adil' was no help we requested a refund for atleast a day as we left a day early, as well as paying for late checkout and parking giving us a poxy 70£ which wasnt even half of what we paid. Booked an apartment for 1 night stay in February. At first glance the apartment looked nice. But there seemed to be wear and tear in some places. The hot water was not working and when we raised to get this issue addressed, the company was not helpful at all. They sent someone round to sort this, turns out the boiler was not switched on and they said it would take half an hour to come on. After an hour the water was still cold. Had to have a cold shower before going out to the event we was in Birmingham for. The heaters also would not work properly and one of the rooms did not have a heater at all so some of my friends slept in a freezing cold room in February. The heater in the lounge area stopped working. The heaters look like they're from the 90s, old and not working. We have raised to contact the company about this but we're ignored.
