Poor service and advice.non of my issues sorted out.actually they are unprofessional volunteer who don't have good experiences and they will not do the paper work properly and they deal with them very poorly and badly.they applied for deposit same week I received refusal letter as they done it wrongly as the letter explained.we called for emergency gum damage in sport after an hour appointment no result , I come from other part of town to see them but did not work and I did sorted out myself and I did buy my own medications too.they told by phone that they can assist with some kind of benefits then they said they can write a letter but next week they changed their mind and did not assist.we reported hate crimes and the advisor did not allow me to get involved directly and he said he will contact to LGBT police and make an appointment via calls&emails but after 6 month that appointment never were made.such a service is not honest and is very poor.i don't think they are suitable to sort out lgbtproblems.i did feel they use me and make appointment to boost themself. government need to train specialist for LGBT issues.they are plenty of LGBT people who really concern about many...

Excellent resource for the queer and trans community. Haven't actually been in the cafe during serving hours, but many social and support groups take place here every day. Access is through reception and you need to be buzzed in - don't be intimidated, the staff are lovely and will help you out!
