PLEASE READ MY REVIEW FULLY !! this place has gone downhill in recent times !!

i’m officially done with it now !!

it’s sad to see because i was once a big supporter of this place , i would land here with my guests to show them a good time .

so today i ordered a lamb jafrezi to go , the long wait gave me a false reassurance that it was all being made fresh ….. WRONG !! the spices and gravy of the curry were fresh but the meat was tough and hard and perhaps a few days old , i recognised it was the same meat used in their kabuli pilau ; these begherat freshies knew they had ran out of fresh lamb so they literally picked out lamb chunks out from one of their old pilau dishes and added it to the curry …that meat was stale and hard ,, i actually saw them transfer a big plate of lamb from their front display and move it to the back .. at the time i thought nothing of it … now i realised … the manager is a sound guy as far as i remember , he needs to improve staff .. losing to many...

I waiting my food more than 1 hour , I called 3 times each time promised next 5-10minuts , actually never happens , don’t wanna mention food is cold enough coz didn’t arrive on the time

Let’s come to meal , I ordered two potions lamp chops , it’s come lamp ribs .. this is quite funny what kind chefs it’s even don’t know a parts of own cooking meal

Chapli kebab , this can be say worst chapli kebab I ever had , don’t know where they cook the chapli , on oil or top of coals , ridiculous

As a Turkish , not a chef , but k can make 100% better than this two meal if come by my self dude

So disappointing, if can’t handle go do something better which at least not effectively you religions , as a Muslim this is shameful can be say , don’t play with peoples emotions

Today was Eid and we felt like eating some grill food. We'd never tried this restaurant so we ordered some food. Suffice it to say the Meat was rotten. The kebab especially stinked. I could smell it as soon as I opened the box. My family has been vomiting ever since and I myself have had some food poisoning. I normally don't bother with reviews, but honestly this place is horrible. I wouldn't feed animals their food. The worst food I've tried in my entire life and I strongly advise against it. The saddest part is they act as if nothings wrong, they claim they've never had an issue. That's until you see the reviews. Any other day would've been fine and I would have moved on, but its Eid day and you've just ruined my...
