Awful experience. Instead of narrating a story about how it all went ill break my review into two section; 1) the food 2) the customer service.

As for the food, i was well aware that it quite pricey, so I was expecting something above average. I dont mind paying more if worth it. I ordered 1 pukkah pizza and 'chicken and fries' labelled 'for 2'.

The pizza was practically a naan bread pizza, with a very small amount of chicken on it. Not worth 11.99 at all. Worth about 3 quid on a good day.

The chicken and fries, again, a similar problem. A lack of chicken, mainly got the breadcrumb type thing all over it. Was labelled ' for 2 ' but the portion size was actually only for 1 person. 10 flipping pounds just for fries!! 10 pounds... I was expect a substantial portion of tasty special fries but all i received was something subpar. you can go to burger and sauce and get better 'chicken and fries' for a few quid.

Extortion and daylight robbery at its finest, especially during a cost of living crisis.

Now, lets talk about the customer service. Theres much i can say about the waiter Ibrahim, but lets just say my friend who was with me has been working as waiter for the past few years and he had to give him a lesson on how to do his job because he was doing it so poorly. He started providing him with many pointers.

I requested the bill 4 times in the span of 15 mins and waiter Ibrahim still hadnt given me the bill, he knew i was in a rush too. It wasnt that busy. Eventually i just got up and went to the till myself and calculated the cost before hand and prepared the money. I told him the total is £21.99. He calculated and somehow got £27. I reiterated the same thing until he realised. So not only did he make me wait so long for the bill, he tried overcharging, when he shouldve been knocking money off the bill for the poor quality food.

Oh yeah, i just remembered the wait time for the food itself was quite long and when it came out it wasnt fresh/warm.

all of this and they dont take card, getting people to cash out so they can do things off the books. 🤦‍♂️

my worst restaurant experience. rubbish service dead...

We had a very poor experience at this restaurant. There were several issues that contributed to our negative experience.

Firstly, the ambience of the restaurant was very poor. The excessive number of cameras around the place made it feel more like a spy headquarters than a restaurant, and this alone made us feel uncomfortable.

Secondly, the prices at this restaurant appear to be extremely high. For example, charging £12 for a chicken burger on its own seems like a steep price to pay, especially if the quality of the food and service does not match up to the high cost.

Thirdly, the waiting time was very frustrating, and restaurant's attempt to make up for this by offering a discount did not work out as planned. It's disappointing that they did not honor their initial offer of a 35% discount, and that it took several requests before they brought out a free tea that was promised. Additionally, only bringing out one cup of tea for a group of four is not only inconsiderate, but it's also extremely unprofessional.

Lastly, the mistake with our order was a significant problem. Bringing out a beef burger instead of the chicken burger that was ordered is a serious mistake, and the waiter's response of asking if you could eat it is unacceptable.

Overall, this restaurant provided an experience that was far below our expectations. The poor ambience, high prices, long waiting times, and multiple mistakes with our order all contributed to this negative experience. I would not recommend this restaurant to others based on our experience. Avoid...

Awful experience specially for someone that does not go out often. As soon as we got inside of the restaurant there was no one there to seat us down. I assumed the waiter was taking order which i went upto him and turned out it was not a waiter but someone’s friend on that table. We walked thru and sat down ourselves then the waiter called “ Ibrahim” walked over and said would you like to order. We didn’t have menus and he didn’t introduce himself. The food was tasty but was not worth the price. We ordered the “pukka pizza” it looked like a naan bread with 4-5 chicken pieces and the rest was breadcrumbs. I wouldn’t even call it a pizza. I’ve ordered the chicken and fries it was stated on the menu that it was for two people. When the food came out I was disappointed because the chicken and fries had less chicken and more breadcrumbs the portion size was for 1 person. The price on that was £10 which is a daylight robbery. We asked for the bill 4 times and we did tell him we was in a rush but made us wait 15 minutes. So we headed over to the till to pay and the same waiter “Ibrahim” came over and said what would you like? I said we asked for the bill 4 times, I would like my bill then he tried to over charge us too 27 pound even though my friend told him 3 times that the bill was £21.99. So he then checked and said we was right. We didn’t get an apology or anything for that matter. It was our first experience and i will never come back again. I would not recommend it at all.
