ZRK REVIEWS "The Big Pizza" THE STONEBAKED COMPANY" (BIRMINGHAM) Just recently opened

TASTIOUS PIZZA I HAVE EVER EATEN - HEAR THIS!

Parking = No but there are side roads to park

Inside = Imaculate clean, beautiful enviroment, Cool

Service from staff: Happy young staff! Thumbs Up!

Food = Pizza's are stone baked, giving that extra kick in taste of the toppings, base was medium, not too thick or thin. Absolutely delicious! You can actually see your Pizza getting made!

Create Your Own Pizza = Yes You Can!

Seating = Family & couples seating available upstairs

Toilets = Yes

Prayer Room: I don't think there is.

My Order = 1 x large pizza 14" (12 slices) (cremoso) inc mushrooms, cajun chicken, creamy sauce 1 x large pizza 14" tuna, sweetcorn, cherry tomatos, peppers 1 x portion of southern fried chicken strips 1 x portion of Buffalo wings BBQ 1 x portion of Garlic & cheese dough balls

If you are seated upstairs they will hand you a buzzer that your food is ready to collect.

Price: about £34.00

RATINGS: 5/5 (Best Pizza Place I Personally Have Been!)

Improvements can be made by adding special offers on which they will do after our kind conversation, we understand that it is a bit pricey but the quality, taste is there!

Overall food was delicious and service was good from the staff, will be going again! 😇

I am not going to be totally negative and not praise the setup and décor of the place. I will give it 5 stars but this is where it stops. After placing an order sat upstairs with a friend and could not avoid noticing the loud religious chanting on the speakers. Put up with it for a short while until I went down to collect the food and respectfully asked the chap on the counter to kindly turn the volume slightly down as we literally could not hear each other talking. The answer given was ‘YOU HAVE TO BEAR WITH IT’ I am not anti-religion and didn’t mind the chanting as long it was not uncomfortably loud but the attitude was shocking. The food was below average as all the items we ordered had the same tomato puree and pizza topping fillings whether it was the calzone, ciabatta or baguette they all tasted the same i.e., different bread type with the same fillings The spicy chicken wings should be renamed to spicy coloured chicken wings because there was so much food colouring on the wings that even after washing my hands twice, it did not come off completely. Didn’t get a chance to try their stone baked pizza but would go elsewhere if I am...

Ordered via Justeat my usual order, food arrived cold, disappointed that the restaurant took an hour to deliver because there busy, they should employ more drivers as this isn't the first time this has happened, pointless in calling them because there favourite line is we're very busy, cold pizza, soggy fries, wrong drink, this is my last order, can't be loyal no more, it was great at the start not anymore 👎🏽✋️ Thank you for your reply, albeit a rather unprofessional one. I took the time to provide honest and constructive feedback based on repeated negative experiences, which, as a paying customer, I am well within my rights to do. A dismissive "Goodbye 👋" instead of acknowledging legitimate concerns only reinforces the declining standard of customer service I referenced in my review. This type of response says more about how you treat customer loyalty than any cold pizza ever could. I hope others take this into account when considering where to...

Visited The Big Pizza Small Heath branch and was pleasantly surprised. It has that fast food vibe but with a clean, well-designed, and organised layout. There’s plenty of seating, making it ideal for large groups and family outings. The upstairs seating area temperature was a bit too warm on the day I visited, and with no access to opening windows, it did feel a little hot. That aside, the overall space was welcoming. The menu offers a huge variety of options – you might need a few extra minutes to decide. Pricing is very reasonable, and the food arrived fairly quickly after ordering. Presentation was good, and the taste was just what you’d expect from a quality fast food place, satisfying and filling. I’d definitely recommend giving it a try, and I’ll be visiting again in the future.

A lovely/mesmerising experience coming here. Firstly the vibes are islamic. Nice soft nasheeds playing, practicing brother who fulfil their duties respectfully. Have been coming here since the very time they opened and have been amazed with the level of service, quality, freshness, taste, presentation of food. The most popular "polo twist" pizza is to die for. It's just so perfect. Would strongly recommend this. Even if you wish to alter the ingredients; the chef is happy to accommodate accordingly. Prices for the pizza are very affordable and reasonable. The best part is the pizza are stone baked and the dough is made fresh in front of your face. Parking is limited outside but there is free parking on the side road. The upstairs seating is ample for families to come in and eat.
