Chicago Pizza — Restaurant in Birmingham

Pizza really fresh and fries are perfect. We shared a pizza meal deal which is an extra large pizza fries and a bottle of pop (1.5l). Pizza was fresh and perfectly cooked and fries stayed hot for so long they actually was hot long after the pizza had been eaten! There are 2 reasons that have lost this a star and that is 1. You can order pizza elsewhere and get dips for free these will charge and 2. They have prices advertised on widow but you get charged more and when you query it they say that their prices have just gone up! What? In the 2 seconds its taken you to walk from the door where advertised to the counter? Wow inflation...

AVOID!!! Ordered 3 items. Delivery came with 2, one of which wasn't even something i ordered and the other a small in place of a large that i ordered. On top of that the food was almost cold and poorly packaged. Tried calling the restaurant, they picked up to hang up straight away. Called again, they left the call going for over 5 minutes without talking, petty staff who know they've done wrong. Only good thing about this place is the delivery driver who was very nice. Other than that, disgusting attitude towards customers who are paying money to get bad food and even worse...

They had a 40% off deal and I think I paid around £16 for both 15/16inch pizzas which I think is a really good deal, the chips were made by me

We did put triple pepperoni on the pizza and they didn’t skimp out, they put it on top of the cheese AND underneath it which I appreciate

Overall the pizzas were good, I did have to put them in the air fryer because like all pizza places, they put it into the box straight from the oven which makes the pizza bottom really soft because of condensation

Will definitely order again if they have the same deal...
