First time trying this Chinese. Honest review as the reviews were what made us try this place. I will start with positives first

Quick delivery Lady on phone very nice The beef and duck were lovely beef actually tasted of beef. The broccoli in the chicken and broccoli was lovely. We got free mini spring rolls

Now unfortunately to negatives

Hoisin sauce never had this sauce with grains of sugar in. If was so sweet and the texture was so off putting felt I was eating a pot of pure granulated sugar Chicken balls so over done, one was that burnt you couldn’t even get a knife in it Satay chicken seems to have the salt and chilli batter on the chicken and the satay sauce is so so so salty so both together was inedible Currey sauce again was so salty, couldn’t eat it

I am hoping that it was a bad night for them as the meet was lovely...

They answered the phone within two rings, and the lady who took the order was diligent and understanding, even when we asked her to make a dish with veggies and no meat. The food was ready to collect in just 15 minutes. It was not oily, not salty, not sweet, and yet not bland. Everything was in the right proportions. Perfectly delicious Chinese takeaway. Really, the best Chinese in Stirchley and probably in Birmingham. I hope it stays this way. We really liked the vegetarian style fake chicken...

Ordered takeaway for collection - met with the best Chinese we've had since becoming brummies.

Been searching 18 months for spots that will become our regulars and this will definitely be our go to Chinese from now on.

Highly recommend #35 - the Chilli Chicken and Chips Chef's Special, the batter is so crispy and well seasoned 👌, I ate the whole thing too quickly and fell into a food coma.

10/10, I'll go to war for them if it seems like they're ever close to being...
