I absolutely love this place. Always said it was the best I've had. But unfortunately the last order let me down the milkshakes I ordered was like water! And my god. The horrible ride delivery guy made me feel anxious!!! He shouted at me on the phone while I was giving him directions and then when he came to my door he was looking me up an down dirty looking me and put my food on the floor infront of me. For this reason I sadly won't be using this company again as it frightened me and also I don't want to be greeted by that man again. I would find a new delivery guy if I was you guys. I ordered my dessert on deliveroo, you did not deliver my order. I tried calling you multiple times and the restaurant did not answer nor did anyone call me back. I waited over an hour for it to be sent out and thenuntil closing and now you refuse to either give me my refund or delivery my order. This is disgusting! You have both my number and door number in which you could have called the buzzer. I have been trying to get a hold of someone now for 3 days and still no answer.

Can't believe I've not come across this place sooner the lokums are perfect crispy and crunchy on the outside with a soft doughy centre the cookie doughs as good as any if not better than what I've come across same for the waffle and dough would recommend you try the mint and lime juice aswell as the six on the beach smoothie so refreshing 10 10 presentation taste and customer service will be exploring the menu...
