I am so disappointed if you want to oder from this place through uber/justeat or online don't even bother you will be absolutely scamed. I ordered through uber from this place and waited hours for my oder the driver (muhamad usman) stole my food and probably eaten it claiming that he called and waited 8min when I never even gave him the code. I called the restaurant thinking they would be helpfull but was more disappointed that they could not find any information or number for that driver. Uber rejected my refund becuase of his lies and now I was left starved with no food or refund. I am absolutely disgusted you put me through stress while at work.

Then because I was starving I ordered again and they doubled my oder without me knowing and made me pay another £36 pounds. I can't believe the level of unsypathy and lack of care to the customers. The food was so cold and burger was so dry I nearly broke down at work from all this distress caused from this place.

I am so traumatised and really did want to enjoy the food with my work colleagues and they where all disappointed.

Very nice place overall, has great seating to enjoy your meal.

The fries here are lovely, personally tried the smoked salt on fries which were bang on and something different which i appreciate.

Lovely smokey smash burger i had, very nice smash patties, rashers which nice too but felt they needed to be on the hot plate a bit more? Not 100% but how i felt when seeing them.

Now for the reason this gets 4 stars, the fried wings were all wrong, the batter is clearly for something else and not wings, you'll know when you eat it and are very pricey so expected them to be top tier, they're a huge let down, please change up the batter as its not right but everything...
