Domino's Pizza - Wylde Green — Restaurant in Birmingham

Absolutely shocking!!! Have my nieces and nephews over and decided a little treat for tea ordered pizzas as the wait was so long the baby fell asleep so when the delivery driver rang the buzzer I asked if he would kindly deliver to my door!! As I have babies in bed and don't want to disturb them or leave them alone. Driver refused. Rang manager who didn't really sound interested and he told me the drivers don't go to front doors highter than ground floor for the drivers safety. "So basically everybody who lives in apartment/ flats are going to attack and rob the dominos delivery guy for a pizza and few cookies. Get a grip pleAse not everyone can make it out their door that's what I thought the whole point of a delivery was ?? And for your prices i would be expecting your driver to come upstairs and put my food on my table and pour me a drink whilst he's at...

This is about the worst company in the UK and both the supervisor and driver who served on this day deserved to be relieved of their roles.

I was sick on this day when I ordered a pizza and I live in a council block. The same block where Royal Mail, Amazon and in fact other Domino's outlets deliver to my door.

Driver refused to send my order to me and insisted on not getting past the council gate. It is very wrong to put untrained people in customer facing positions. I was down with diarrhea, dehydrated with no food until this pizza arrived at 19:30 and these despicable fellows denied me.

They won't even refund until after 7 days. The service is horrible and the providers are rude. AVOID!! Use any other Domino's outlet...

Worst pizza ever !! Completely dry and literally no toppings . The taste was awful . Garlic breads were no better as dry as, literally no cheese and not enough garlic sauce . The So called Manager - YBES is completely rude, unprofessional and arrogant. The previous reviews all say the same . I called up to complain and he was rude again on the phone and refused replacement or full refund .

Non existent customer service and they are deliberately not putting on ey toppings and cheese as all the reviews can’t be wrong .

Save your money and go elsewhere where you will be treated with respect and get better quality food .

Seriously AVOID at all costs and shame on Dominoes...
