I went in and bought a steak bake along with two sausage rolls, and after paying and being handed my food, I realised they were ICE cold.
I gave the sausage rolls straight back and told the staff to throw them in the bin, because that’s literally the only place they belonged. They were not worth even a penny, and I wouldn’t feed them to anyone in that state. The least Greggs could do is have the decency to tell customers when the food is cold before taking money off them. A lot of people, myself included, would not have spent a single penny if we knew we were paying for something that’s basically inedible.

Certain female staff there have been treating customers horribly, no sense of customer service at all, flirting on customers who take ages to order, leaving people behind them stuck in a line. I was served my a black women with glasses I did not get her name, she had no customer service or people skills at all.
