Greggs — Restaurant in Birmingham

I went in and bought a steak bake along with two sausage rolls, and after paying and being handed my food, I realised they were ICE cold.

I gave the sausage rolls straight back and told the staff to throw them in the bin, because that’s literally the only place they belonged. They were not worth even a penny, and I wouldn’t feed them to anyone in that state. The least Greggs could do is have the decency to tell customers when the food is cold before taking money off them. A lot of people, myself included, would not have spent a single penny if we knew we were paying for something that’s basically inedible.

I’ve been coming to this greggs for a while and what I’m about to describe has been happening since I first came but recently it’s elevated to another level. Certain female staff there have been treating customers horribly, no sense of customer service at all, flirting on customers who take ages to order, leaving people behind them stuck in a line. First time visiting this greggs and I can say I am absolutely disgusted by the service I received today, by one particular staff member. I was served my a black women with glasses I did not get her name, she had no customer service or people skills at all. No good morning how can I help, she served me by saying “yes” I asked for what I wanted and gave her my re useable cup and in a rude manner she said take the lid off, she didn’t offer if I wanted any chocolate sprinkles on my cappuccino which I always get.
