This is my honest review, and I genuinely regret ordering from Hyderabad Spicy Hub. The food quality is extremely poor — low-quality rice, low-grade chicken, and overall terrible taste. Even a homeless person might refuse to eat this.

We didn’t receive a refund, and the restaurant made no effort to address our complaint or follow up. They simply don’t care about customer feedback.

I specifically ordered fried piece biryani and when I asked about it, the staff casually responded that they just added curry and tossed in two small chicken pieces. That’s it — no fried pieces at all.

My humble request: please do not order from Hyderabad Spicy Hub. You’ll end up...

Today, I ordered food from the kitchen, and I must say, the experience was amazing! I tried the Chicken Dum Biryani, Chole Puri, and Gunta Ponganalu, and all of them were absolutely perfect.

The flavors were so authentic that it felt like I was back in India, especially Hyderabad.

A special thank you to the chef for preparing such amazing dishes. Your skill and dedication truly shine through the flavors. The Chicken Dum Biryani was perfectly spiced, the Chole Puri was rich and satisfying, and the Gunta Ponganalu were delightful and perfectly cooked.

If you’re craving true Indian flavors, this is the place to order from. I would give it a solid 5/5 for taste, quality, and authenticity....

I had unfortunate experience of ordering from this place. I ordered the Hyderabad Fried Chicken Biryani through Uber Eats and was extremely disappointed with both the food and the service.

What I received was nothing like the image shown on the app. Instead of proper fried chicken pieces, I was served what looked like leftover chicken bones mixed into the rice — clearly taken from some old curry. It was absolutely unacceptable and unhygienic. This shows a complete lack of respect for customers. If you cannot serve quality food, please don’t offer it at all.
