My fiancé and I went for my birthday on Friday evening and it was absolutely incredible - we had the best time. We did Shelter-Z. The theming is first class and the clues really well thought out - you can tell they have spent a lot of money and put a lot of thought into everything. We paid extra for the actor to scare us and that made it more fun too. Mya was lovely - really passionate and helpful and delivered timely clues. Only thing I could fault, is I have multiple eye disabilities and the room is obviously low light. I kept my phone with me and had to use the flashlight on it for a lot of the game so I could see what I was doing. She reminded me over the speakers that phones are prohibited, I think this is just because if you're using it to cheat then it spoils the fun. I said it's because I've got bad eyes and am struggling to see and she said no worries and told me where not to aim my light so as not to spoil anything which was helpful. I didn't make the booking so I don't know if they ask during the process whether you need any reasonable adjustments. If they don't then I think it would be helpful for them to do so. Once we had solved a certain number of clues and made it into the second part of the room a torch became available, but I could have done with it the whole time. I'll either take my own torch next time or ask them when I get there if they can give me a torch from the beginning. They have some info on their website a about some disabilities (such as claustrophobia), but I don't recall seeing anything about those with impaired vision. Overall we had the best time and it was really worth the money. The room was a bit hard for us though 😅 perhaps we should have started with something easier. Anyway, we still had so much fun and would definitely go again. Mya...

Great and unique experience at the new Jigsaw Trial with my 15 year old son. Sarah welcomed us and from start to finish was amazing. Extremely friendly, knowledgeable and dedicated to making sure we had the best time possible. There are 2 sites (one on Great Hampton Street and the other on Vyse Street) which are literally a couple of minutes walk from each other. Jigsaw is on Vyse Street. Make sure you double check your booking confirmation so that you are waiting outside the right venue and be there 5 minutes before as it’s important they start on time :0)

From the outside looking in I was a little hesitant. You can’t see much as the shutters are down although you do receive a thorough email when booking to explain that would be the case and it is to ensure the experience isn’t ruined for those inside which I get. Once we went in any concerns I had disappeared. Such a great and professional set up.

We picked the Jigsaw experience as we knew it would be scary. And it was! It really adds to the experience . Our adrenaline was sky high! We didn’t make it through to the end but it doesn’t ruin the experience. There are other experiences too and I will 100% be giving them a go! Next time I will book for more of us as although my son and I had a great time I think it would be more enjoyable in a slightly larger team.

All in all I highly recommend Exciting Game and Sarah is an absolute credit to the team! Thanks for an amazing experience and see...

This was our second visit to exciting game. group of 50 something blokes on a university reunion. one of the main reasons we chose this fun house game was that it can accommodate 8 people so we could all play together. we completed the game with time to spare so would say the difficultly level is medium. the back story and theme were good. the live actor additional extra was a bit lame and didnt add to the experience. we were expecting him to come and disrupt the game and interact more but he didnt. also one of the elements didnt work which was not ideal as it was referred to in the initial audio introduction. they should have explained this to us as we understand things sometime stop working. it didnt prevent us from solving the clues, just made it awkward as it was supposed to turn a light in to illuminated the clues...we had to use a portable light from elsewhere in the game which meant other people could see their clues across the other side of the room. all that said, the game was enjoyable and we could all participate as we had a mix of skills ..we would return and have now had two successful visits and its good they refresh the games and add new ones so its different when you have a repeat visit. staff were friendly...

The room itself was enjoyable and the puzzles were engaging – we had some difficulty with one mechanism, but overall it was a good challenge. While the game host was friendly and welcoming, the customer service policies in place left a lot to be desired. For an experience that costs £65, I expected a much more customer-focused approach. The pre-visit email was overly strict and, frankly, off-putting. Being told we couldn't arrive more than five minutes early, that toilets were only for emergencies, and that any delay of 10 minutes would result in a no-show with no refund, felt unnecessarily rigid. These policies do not reflect well on a business offering a premium leisure experience. Customer service should enhance the overall experience, not diminish it. A more flexible and considerate approach would go a long way in improving the impression you leave with your customers. Edit: I understand that times to turn around each room can be tight but you should allow more time between games so that your staff can turn about the room and provide excellent welcoming customer service. Ive been to many escape rooms and they've always had enough time to set up rooms and be warm and welcoming

My 1st time at Exciting Game on Gt Hampton St was as a birthday gift in Sept 2023. The Prison Punk theme was apt (don't ask :) & added to the amusement. I believe we entertained Sarah & her colleague just as much as the challenge entertained us. We returned today to complete the Royal Heist, using the discount code we'd been given from our last visit. We found this one harder but we succeeded by the skin of our teeth. Whoever makes these clues up is amazing but, equally, you feel amazing once you cracked the codes. We discovered some individual talents but Teamwork is key! Don't know if I've got the nerve to do the Fun House as the next challenge, especially as there is the potential for a live actor element... WATCH THIS SPACE!!

We had an amazing time at this escape room! I went with three friends, and from start to finish, the experience was fantastic. The facilities were clean, welcoming, and well-maintained. We did The Shelter experience, and it was absolutely worth it, challenging, immersive, and just the right amount of scary! Our host, Sara, was wonderful, super friendly and helpful, making sure we had the best time. If you're looking for something that will test your brain cells and give you a good scare, this is the place to go. We’ll definitely be back for another challenge! Highly recommend!
