City kebab and pizza house — Local services in Birmingham

Terrible terrible establishment. I wouldn’t eat here if it was the last thing on earth and was starving. The portion size is small. Plus the service is terrible. They claim to accept cash and card however when attempting to use card their machine is dodgy. It kept saying non authorised however my money left my account TWICE. I stated this and they simply did not care. So now I’ve lost a whole £10 and have no food. They refused to give me the food even though I showed on my statement numerous times they took the money even if the card machine says non authorised. Terrible people with terrible service who now have me calling up my bank for a charge back as if we can’t all read a bank statement. As if they’re not going to throw away the food now anyway. What a joke of a place. A bunch of immigrants working. No customer service skills they lie on the phone and make it out its your mistake. Say 1 price when you make phone order say no it will cost more on collection. Brought a chicken and chips the chicken was like a brick. They said to my friend give your name and come back next time, where was my refund? Any excuse to take your money. Overcharging no quality and poor customer skills. Thieves. I've given them 3 chances now never again. Called about a messed up order on the phone all I got was abuse. Why do I have to diplomatic when your in the wrong? This place it was an amazing surprise! I have been there for a few times now. I had used for take way - pizza and fries- and I love it. The fries are just the best ones in Birmingham!! The prices are great and the service is always good. Staff is always friendly and very fast to make your food ready.

I went there late on my birthday to buy some fries, because it was my wish on that night and the staff member offer me a double size of my fries request. Today I went there to buy a pizza and I ask for extra cheese as such one of the extra ingredients and they answer was "we are not gona charge you for that".

Staff like this guys, a fast service and a tasty food!!! Is just amazing!
