Atmosphere: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The ambiance at jungle Shisha lounge incredibly inviting. With its dim lighting, cozy seating, and modern decor, it’s the perfect place to relax and unwind. The music is always on point not too loud, so you can chat, but still enough to set a great mood. They also have an outdoor area for those who prefer to enjoy shisha in the open air.

Shisha Quality: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The shisha here is top-notch. The lounge offers a wide range of flavors, from classic fruity options to more unique blends. The smoke is smooth, and they use high-quality coals that last a while, so you’re not constantly needing a refill. The staff is quick to change the coals when needed, ensuring a great experience throughout.

Service: ⭐⭐⭐⭐☆ The staff is attentive and knowledgeable about their shisha and flavor combinations. They’re also quick with drink orders and have a friendly demeanor. At times, the lounge can get busy, which can make service a bit slower, but they handle the crowds well overall.

Food and Drinks: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The food and drink options at Shisha Lounge are a pleasant surprise. They offer a mix of small bites and mains, making it a great spot for both light snacks and meals. The drinks are excellent, with a variety of teas, cocktails, and mocktails.

Overall Experience: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Jungle s is easily one of the best shisha lounges around. With a welcoming vibe, high-quality shisha, and excellent food and drink options, it’s a fantastic place to spend an evening. Whether you’re here for a chill night with friends or a date night, you won’t be disappointed....

The first few times I’ve been were fine, customer service was good, food was fine, decor is fine and shisha was fine.

However, the last time I went, there were a group of guys celebrating with their ladies which was fine. Until one of them got really drunk, decided to come over and be leaning over my friend and persistently asking her to come over to his table. After her saying no a handful of times, he then tried to convince me also. He would not go and we made eye contact with management a few times. He was stood nearby watching. It was uncomfortable and finally one of the customers friends came and collected him and apologised.

I spoke to that manager after and he apologised. I asked him to watch my friend as I needed the toilet before we left as we did not want to stay after that. He agreed and when I came back, he’d vanished. My friend said he left when I walked off… Ultimately I shouldn’t have to tell a manager how to protect his female customers.

Men especially in a position of power, should know how be comfortable in their masculinity to protect their customers and ask female customers who are being pestered; ‘is everything ok’, ‘how can I help’ etc.

I understand certain insecure men feel a woman should not be in a shisha lounge as they should be indoors being their maid cooking, cleaning and producing babies.

That does not excuse allowing men to disturb mine and my friend’s...

Service is nice when you are lucky enough to get inside, it depends if the tall black security racist guy will let you in based on how he feels about you, and decided to let other black guys and their group in first despite us being in front of the queue. When I asked when can me and two friends in, he all of sudden said one of friend is looking too casual to get in (he could have said that before he made us wait outside). When my friend who was denied entry for wearing "too casual" dress asked why has he let the other black guy in who was wearing similar outfit, he politely (I mean rudely) said that he is not liable to answer this question. It felt like he owns the place and can make rules as per his will. I'm glad the owner of this place has so much trust on him that he can make his own rules (Shame on the owner).

I know the owner of the place despite of reading this will not take action as he/she is not bothered at all. This kind of behavior should be rather reviewed and lead to immediate dismissal. Anyways, my only intention to post this long review is to make other people aware about racism in existence at this place.

If the owner of the place needs evidence then they are welcome to go through the CCTV recordings for 3rd August 2024 between 11:30 pm till 11:55 pm. To identify me, I was brown top and I was accompanied by two of my...

Great interior but need quite significant amount of training in customer service skills. No doubt they have great food but Host was quite rude . Spend nearly £250 between two of us as we ordered many food dishes , they gave us a tiny table which hardly hold our Shisha and drinks only . We did ask them if can get one table next to us which was 4 seated table as there was no space for more food to come . She rudely refuses saying that’s for only 6 guest . 😅 we can clearly see it’s 4 guest table . But at end when servers can’t adjust food on our miniature table with miniature of Host service , good soul Server , she moved us to not even 4 seated table both in 8 seater Booth because our food and drinks could fix that table according to her . No that’s what I call a service according to guests needs . She should the Host not that egoist lady. But all food was nice . We just wanted to try out their specialities that’s why ordered those many dishes . As I use Shisha venues 3-4 time a week Sp was just checking the place out . I would say it’s over hipped . Shisha wasn’t that great as keep burning out within g fort 5 minutes and no great help been given either . But if you looking for food it’s a great place to be with great Decor.

HALF A STAR NOT EVEN ONE! Worst shisha lounge I’ve ever been to! the staff are rude and the food was off. The Asian female behind the counter was rude and had an attitude after I asked for a receipt for the break down of what I was charged for. The chicken wrap was stale and the tandoori chicken was burnt, the cheesy fries were decent, the LAMB CHOPS smelt like fish🤮🤮which we complained about after noticing where the fishy smell came from, the noodles were black with dry chicken and to top all that off the salad had dirt on clearly not been washed. That same female staff member then told us we don’t serve fish so that made no sense clearly the lamb chops were off, I work for food standards agency so I will be escalating this further. The other staff members didn’t even speak English and ignored us but were going around and speaking to other customers and providing a service. After all this happened the female staff member sent security over for no reason and ending up leaving in the end. Don’t be fooled by TikTok the atmosphere was dead and they had a signs saying no smoking around the place which makes no sense because it’s a shisha lounge😂

Nice new shisha cafe. Went here with the wife at around 5pm on a Sunday, it was fairly quiet. There is plenty of parking, although getting in can be awkward if 2 cars are coming in from opposite directions. The interior is beautiful and really makes for a nice date spot. Service was okay, we had to pay up front and we were overcharged. I didn't notice this myself but the waitress came to me to let me know and gave me the money. I was a bit disappointed by the seats we were offered though, there are seats near to water features and flower walls which were beautiful but we were taken to the less attractive seats when the nicer seats were available. There were even really nice seats that were reseved but nobody claimed them during our whole visit. So maybe book in advance. They should make more of an effort to make customers feel more valued. Shisha was really nice and coal was replaced often, most of the cakes on the menu were not available and mojitos were too sweet. It would be nice to have more low sugar and healthy options on the menu too.
