I ordered from this place on ubereats, they delivered my food, the bag felt light so I asked the driver did u pack it right bcuz they delivered there own food they don't use a Uber driver to deliver anyway he goes everything is there apart from the magnum ice cream tub I ordered, so I said why, he replied that they haven't had ice cream in stock for ages, so I said what about the £5.99 I paid for it, the guy just said ring ubereats and they sort u out, so if I didn't ask I wouldn't have known, now I rang Ubereats they said my order wasn't eligible for a refund bcuz the restaurant delivered the food then selves, so I rang the restaurant the man on the phone was the boss, he goes ring Uber, I said I already did but they can't do anything, so he goes don't worry I'll sort, whatever that meant, I thought he'd coming with my money, didn't hear anything until 4 days later, I get an notification from ubereats saying that karma lounge has given u £3 off on your next order, the cheek of these guys, 1, I paid £5.99 2, I'm not ordering again and so I was out of pocket of 5.99 also the food was broke average, they didn't follow the instructions at all, so there in...

order last night at 6:30 an I was ok with the original wait time as I know we are in difficult time, so it was supposed to arrive at 7:50 at 8:15 we called to ask how long it would be and was told it would be straight out to us and they would through in some extras as a sorry so ok brill. Then at 9:30 we were getting angre so called again was told it hadn't even left but would be straight out ok so we waited again by 10:05 we called again to be told it was 3 minutes away. Then it arrived at 10:15 and my husbands meal wasnt even in there so we called again and told them we had had enough we wanted our money back we were assured we would recieve a refund then this morning just eas text us saying we will receive a £3 refund from the restaurant 😡😡😡 are you joking that dosnt even cover the meal that we didnt even receive. Arrived to a table with a filthy high chair that looked like it had been pulled from a skip, before I've even said hello to my friends and sat down I'm asked if I'd like Poppadoms... Then as I'm eating these, I'm asked to order, without even having opened the menu. The young lad serving has no manners whatsoever, leaning over people and no basic please and thank you. The food then took over an hour to come, not great if you have children that are getting restless. When it did arrive my food was watery tasteless slop, with badly cooked meats, and my daughters chicken tikka looked like a cheap microwave meal with four pieces of chicken I think (although I suspect it was actually turkey). The third and very last unpleasant time I'll eat at this dump, so much better places to go within 100 yards... Try Mother India, Shaban, Kababish, Bengal Garden, Regards, all far better.
