Visited last night with friends. It was our first experience but it surely won't be the last. We were welcomed and taken to our table with no wait. We ordered a chicken sizzler, some masala fish and a traditional chicken handi tawa which had a variety of foods on it. The owner took our order and obliged when we asked for the lamb to be replaced with chicken.

While we were waiting, we got treated to zamzam water as she had come back from Umrah. This was such a sweet gesture, considering we had only just met. When the starters arrived, we were pleasantly surprised. The malai tikka boti, sheesh kebabs, chapli kebabs were all cooked to perfection. There was such a pleasant aroma coming from the food and all the food was flavoursome and authentic. Then the tawa arrived and again we were taken aback. We didn't expect everything to taste as good as it did. The traditional chicken handi stole the show. It was cooked so finely with just the right amount of spices. The reshmi kebab were succulent and the biryani was aromatic and delicious. We have not had a tawa before where everything tastes good, but this actually did.

The food, atmosphere and customer service is exceptional in this place. The owner went out of her way to provide us with a great service. We had a great chat and she recommended us to come again next time to try their special Dhaal as that is their speciality. Will definitely be going back soon. Food presentation was good, kebab was undercooked. Food taste was average. Staff unexperienced one lady called Ayesha had an attitude when asking her questions about the menu responding with rudeness. Secondly staff do not know when to provide plates, we all finished our starters then a staff asked us if we want to use the same plates for the mains! Ofcourse we are not going to use the same plates for the mains. I said ofcourse we need new plates. The staff took 4 plates out of the 8 plates as we were 8 people and came back with 4 fresh plates. I had to ask him where are the other 4 additional plates then he said oh u want all fresh plates for everyone! Yes! Fresh plates for everyone duh! Do u not have plates in the resturants?
