Worst customer service ever. I went in tonight to be greeted by a person that just didn’t want to be there. It felt like he didn’t want me there. I felt like an intruder. Now getting on to the pizza I asked for a chicken that wasn’t hot because they only had a hot option and the guy seemed confused at first then when I described that I didn’t require green chilli’s his response was I’ll add sweetcorn 🤔. I then went on to say I didn’t require either. Very shoddy customer service. The guy serving me was also very concerned about what was happening on his phone, he also enlightened me to some music while I was waiting for my pizza which he seemed to enjoy. Extremely disappointed with my recent order. Not only did the food arrive cold, but they also completely changed my pizza without telling me. I ordered a tuna pizza and instead received chicken, my partner’s order was wrong too. When I phoned up, I was casually told they had run out of tuna and just decided to put chicken on instead, without any warning or checking with me first. I’m a pescatarian and do not eat meat, so this was completely unacceptable. Customers should always be notified of any substitutions, especially when it involves dietary restrictions. If you’re vegetarian don’t bother even ordering from here. These guys have a red cutter and a green cutter. These guy preparing my pizza decided to use a red cutter to cut my VEGETARIAN pizza. Unacceptable. What is the point of having a red or green cutter just ridiculous!

Pizza gogo is a pizza chain not a random pizza shop. I won’t be going back here again and I advise ALL VEGETARIANS TO NOT EAT FROM HERE.

There is no point in pizzagogo having any pizzas labeled as vegetarian no point….PIZZAGOGO Please gogo and change your menu and put a asterisk next to all vegetarian options and say that they are not vegetarian at all.
