Amazing service today. Can not fault my Visit. The food was on point and if anything better then I expected. Iv visited many other Rio's store but this was the far most best one I had come to.
I would say it is very much family orientated place and all are welcome. I visited with family, so no issues there.
The staff are all very friendly and welcoming to the store. Was greeted by an amazing young Man in the name of Ibrahim. Big smile and ready to serve.
Ended up getting served by another young man called Bash. He was very attentive and made a few suggestions and I will be honest, normally I don't bother as its a sales thing but the choices we went for, we could not fault.
My boy likes his BBQ wings and Bash sorted this out. Don't think 🤔 it was on the menu but he made it happen. Went that extra mile. Really appreciate it.
As we seated, our food was bought out promptly, didn't feel we was there for long. So service there was on point. A lovely gentlemen called Aslam kindly bought it over. He even checked in on us a few times to make sure everything was OK.
The store had other customers there and I don't feel we got treated any different, as all had the same service.
The store was very clean and well presented. Normally the toilets is where places lose points, but this store had really nice toilet and was very clean.
The food we had was mouthwatering and the chicken was just cooked the way we asked for. The panini was a rather large portion then expected. Loved everything about the food. I would highly recommend the panini and the strips. The chicken was really juicy and not like some of the other places where its presented hard bolied. The chicken pulled away nice. Wings was a bonus.
We ended up being here for about 1hr 10 mins and it felt a nice atmosphere.
There is lively music in the background and this just complimented our experience and stay.

I agree but Try and see the whole viewpoint if someone paid you for all that food why would they say 1 chicken piece was missing.. maybe the driver was hungry on the way. Either way cannot trust someone who says they are never wrong. If you missed something it can happen. And you say you don't rely on customers leaving and taking stars down.. stating feedback does not matter for you. I actually thought differently and always recommended people to come here but this experience and your responses here have shown another light to this. I didn't say anything out of order. This whole incident does not matter in hindsite but your response and the way this issue was dealt with was not the best. **Taking some stars down today. Something for the business to understand. Why would someone call to say something is missing if its not missing that too just 2 peaces of chicken and fries? My wife ordered food for the kids my daughters chicken and fries missing. She called back to let Rio know and got told "I packed it myself and put it in there" multiple times. Surely we are not going to call if it was not missing. I have never had any issues before but saying just for future think why would someone call and make that up 2 pieces of chicken. Hence taking 2 stars down. I'm sure the stars will go back up but just FYI for RIO's as it is go to place for chicken 100%. Old review Excellent service and the food is pretty tasteful. Hi, I'm not sure if you had Columbo or Inspector Closeau investigating this matter but let me help lay out some facts for your benefit.
Correct we had to have the tables cleaned a number of times because after each pathetic attempt they were still DIRTY with stains on. The WC was in an absolutely disgusting state to begin with. I'm baffled how we were supposed to have flooded it given they were out of order. If you're going to fabricate claims at least make it plausible. the shop floor had bones and food underneath our table as we entered which was not cleaned. The only spillage we had was a little bit of rice on the table. It may be helpful to give you some context as to why the male lead approached your staff - who I presume is your shift manager. Throughout the entire evening his behaviour towards my family was obnoxious which we let slide. However the final straw was when the males left the restaurant he made a snide remark to one of the females in our group. This led to the need to speak and hold him to account for his despicable behaviour. as for the need for intervention from other staff members, you may want to ask your investigator whether this was to calm us down or the shift manager himself who squared up to us and said I quote "come and speak to me alone". Another prime example of the wonderful service to be offered at your venue....a punch up to go with insulting behaviour.
I would recommend you read through the consistent feedback your establishment has received in respect of poor customer service. Your response to them come across as either you're entirely delusional, creative with the truth or in complete denial. Some may even say...
