Your reply is yet another disappointment and again reflects poorly on your customer service and makes my point more clearer to the audience. 1: I ate the samosa as I didn’t complain about it in my post, however beans along with celantro were left on side of dish. I consumed and found out how it tasted but to say I consumed it all is a first wrong statement on your end. Furthermore.. when we entered in restaurant 2 tables with couches were empty and we occupied those two tables, yet when I saw few people came in I asked everyone to squeez over to one table out of courtesy even we were conjusted at that point. Again, as we were sitting on our table, who gave you a right to shout at us asking us to leave our table for other customers I paid 11 or 1100 that doesn’t matter, but from your reply it is very obvious you are not about customers or customer service but only there to get money in ur till then kick out customers If there was a dog in your way, perhaps you learn how to be patience and wait to get closer to us requesting us to accommodate your need of money thirst and leave our drinks in half way to accommodate new coming peoples And I didn’t threat you but stated a fact that how you have treated us will be made known to world by posting all this on review section Lastly, when people like you are in charge and your standard of service is this low, I believe it’s not worth for me trying to make any point as you certainly don’t want to learn from your mistakes and customer complains to improve but you rather argue....WOW.... Had a craving for Indian Street Food so walked into this place, not impressed with the quality of the preparation. Ordered Pani Puri that had mediocre filling, no green chatni or sev. I'd rate it 2/10. Pav Bhaji did not have authentic pav rather McDonald type burger bun that they roast in ghee rather than butter coz butter makes more smoke due to salt content, what a joke, care about tava not taste lol. I'd rate it 4/10. Then ordered a masala dosa, must say this was the worst ever I had in many many years. The batter was not fresh, very salty, over fermented so yellowish, very thick and rubbery. I literally left the whole dosa. I'd rate it 0/10. Ordered carrot halwa, once again dissapointed with taste and texture, overly sweet with no khoya and to make it look worse it was served as cubes lol. I'd rate it 3/10. I still did not give up just to see how much more rubbish they could get, ordered falooda and once again it was horrible lol. I'd rate it 3/10. A bottle of coke was the best they served me tonight haha. I paid in full, the lady at the counter did not even bother to offer to get rid of the cost of dosa even after seeing that I left the whole thing. I'm definitely not going back to this place nor taking any of my friends, total waste of money...

Ordered takeout somosa chaat incase the order took a while and i had to leave with it. Really rude and condescending tubby Indian lady told me if ive ordered takeout then i can't sit inside to eat. The chaat was average lacking yogurt onions and coriander. Please note, plenty of free tables, no ques going out the door, by which I'm not suprised.

I cannot respond directly to the comments left by the establishment, however there seems to be a trend with this establishment accusing people of defamation, or wrongful reviews.

Firstly, yes upon ur request my baby sister put away the sandwich, which u could have requested in a more respectful tone. Instead u persisted to embarrass a minor.

Ur staff worked twice as hard? Can u hear urself? U are a food establishment, clearing the table comes with the territory. And may i add there are no bins available.

In any case, ur overall rating is a 3.3 and my comment alone is not responsible for that. I think its time u admit u havnt got clue about...
