Very disappointed to write this for someones business but really the staff is very unwelcoming very disrespectful towards the clients , we confirm with call she open up to 11 pm on Saturday we went there 9.45 pm , two gilrs from nepals i think are very rude ,one is telling you cant sit and dine we are closing, then other shifting us from one place to another she was doing mop while we are sitting there with childern, no gloves on no safty and hygiene protocols are followed , then she severd the food which is very disgusting really .she put red capsicum in veg option even after telling her all details before placing order. Really very bad experience Please dont prefer to go if you really dont want to be treated like unwelcome person . Very bad staff both girls are really very rude. I went to this subway on the 19/04/19. I ordered a vegan patty and asked if they have vegan cheese, the man said yes and served it to me. The next time I attended was on the 24th, and the lady said they do not have vegan cheese. I attended again on the 25th and the lady said she asked the man in question and he denied serving me vegan cheese. I phoned this place and the man I spoke to on the phone said they do have vegan cheese. I then phoned head office who then confirmed that they don’t.
