Subway — Restaurant in Birmingham

Normally have no problem here but today I came at 5.33 pregnant and hungry. The Indian woman who was working today toldme they're closed. I proceeded to take out my phone to look at the time and tell her I'm pregnant and hungry. Her excuse was it was very busy and we have northing left. I walked over to the counter and she still has all the food in the containers. I really think you need to think about the type of people your hiring because she will be the reason your business doesn't continue to make money until your trading...

Worst embarrassing experience ever! Waited 45 minutes because the manager Asingh was busy. By the time he spoke to us he refused to give a sub, a promotion they had on the website and social media. I even showed him the offer and the terms and condition and that his store allowed it. I then had to go to another subway and they happily gave it to me. Never will I go back to subway New John street....

Awful place, was treated like dirt, absolutely no respect for their customers... I took my meal back because they made the wrong order and they were so so rude and disrespectful towards. Prem the so called manager was waving his arms around and told me to get out, he said he couldn’t care less if I made a complaint. He’s a disgrace to subway! I will never eat from this...
