Bought a kiarasky non wipe gel top coat based on a staff recommendation (one of the women at the counter) have never used the brand before and wanted another but they were out of stock. Went home and realised they didn't give me what I wanted. Called and emailed and even sent a photo and got accused of the bottle they gave me not being the right bottle. Have never had such rude people ever needless to say I won't be driving all the way from where I am anymore. If I could have left negative stars I would. Poorly organised and filled with terrible management. Do not understand the products that they sell. And they blame the customers for their own wrong doings. Absolutely terrible I would stay away...

Well I had a kiara sky lamp that I brought second had and not from TNBL. I used it for a week and it stopped working - I was gutted as I've wanted one of these lamps for ages and that week was the best week at work Ever .... not so great it stopped working. So I book a services send my lamp off and really quickly they got back to me to say there's nothing wrong with the machine however it wasn't the correct charger so they gave me the served charge back and just charged me for a new charger. Now that's what I call customer services thank you sooo much guys you were amazing I'm picking up from the post office tomorrow at 9.30am when they open x Hightly recommend this company 😀 and soooo lovely 😍...

I ordered the apres gel x prep which I have used plenty times before and it always worked great until I got my new bottles which do not work whatsoever. I reached out to customer service they said that there was no defect even when I send video proof of the product not working? They also said they have tested every single product with the same batch number at their warehouse and they’re all working which I doubt that they tested every single one. They want to give me points so I can use them in a future purchase. Why would I want to purchase from this company again?

Update I‘m not getting my money back so now I have wasted my money on products that don’t...
