Terrible service, I ordered off the Subway app, when my husband came to collect the order, they didn't mention that half the items were not available. They just substituted everything and didn't bother to tell us.
When I got home, I saw that the order was wrong, I bought it back and the two girls sniggered to themselves and said they didn't have these items and didn't have my number to contact us. They could have told us when we collected it! What they mean is that we will not give you your money back so we'll give you what we have left. Classic comment was "I put the extra bacon on the other sandwich instead".
I'm sick of these local businesses using lazy students at weekends who clearly do not care about the job and act like they are doing...
Read moreI work very local to this branch and go once every week or so. Recently all the staff have changed and no one seems to know what they're doing. Up until now it's been great but I always have my usual sandwich (creature of habit) the Subway Melt. Apparently now they are no longer doing this sandwich??? It's been on the menu for 20+ years. Ham, Turkey and Bacon. Simple! When they finally made it, the bread was stale, the lettuce was old and the rest of the veg in the window looked dreadful. I'm not sure if there has been a change of ownership but it has gone downhill...
Read moreWent into subway on my way home from a lunch time walk. hadn't been for ages and pleasantly surprised they had switched back to the classic menu where you can pick what you want instead of them telling you what you want on your sandwich.
However after serving the person in front of me and telling me they will be right with me. They proceeded to tell me they would be right with me while filling a takeaway order.
I therefore had to leave without getting my food as needed to get back to work.
Priority should always be given to actual customers...
