The decorations and the atmosphere is absolutely amazing. The decorations that is online has been updated so the interior is very different. The staff is pleasant and very friendly and helpful. The rest room are spacious and very clean. All the signs and corvid restrictions stickers are in place. No mask No Entry. You are able to pay for your meal or drink by cash or card. They have wheelchair access and also a designated area. The food is of high standard. Some you have to pre order because most has to be done from fresh. However as with most places you will have to park on the sidewalk and walk abit. Fire extinguisher are to update and during my stay the manager made sure all path ways remain obstacle free. . I highly recommend this establishment for a proper piece of African culture and cuisine. Well done guys.

prestige Restaurant Bar club is a unique place to be. Personally I think it has a very high chance to become one of the best Bar Clubs around. The restaurant the best African dishes u will have out of your home. They also do takeaways. the DJ is fantastic however I think something should be done to respect the capacity of the club. The service was slow as customers had to self serve whilst I was there. For the record I am not sure if this is the case all the time but I also understand it could be a management decision! to suit the over crowded conditions of the club. besides some of the drawbacks I have just mentioned, I still see myself Visiting the club again and I recommend you do it as well.

Very disappointing Experience at Prestige Restaurant

Dear Prestige Restaurant Management,

I hope this message finds you well. I recently had the opportunity to visit your establishment with the intention of supporting local African businesses. However, I regret to inform you that my experience at Prestige Restaurant was far from satisfactory, and I feel compelled to share my feedback with you.

Upon arriving at the restaurant, I was disheartened to find that there were several customers waiting, including myself. Despite the clear presence of patrons, it took a considerable 15 minutes before a member of your staff acknowledged our presence. I understand that restaurants can get busy, but this initial delay in attending to customers left a negative impression.

Once I was able to grab the attention of a staff member by ringing the bell repeatedly, I placed my order with the hope of enjoying a delightful African culinary experience. Unfortunately, my anticipation turned into disappointment as I waited for over an hour without anyone attending to me. During this time, I was served only a bottle of water, leaving me feeling neglected and frustrated. You level of disrespect is very HIGH.

Given the lack of service and the excessive wait time, I made the difficult decision to leave the restaurant. As a gesture of my dissatisfaction, I left the partially consumed bottle of water on the counter. This action was not intended to be disrespectful but rather to express my disappointment and frustration with the overall experience.

As an African myself, I strongly believe in supporting African businesses, and it saddens me to have encountered such a disappointing experience at Prestige Restaurant. I write this feedback not to dwell on the negative aspects but rather to offer constructive criticism and encouragement for improvement. We are tired of getting the worst service in our African Restaurants.

I kindly urge you to address the issues I have highlighted and take necessary steps to enhance the quality of service at your establishment. It is crucial to ensure that customers are promptly attended to and that their orders are accurately and efficiently served. Additionally, maintaining open lines of communication and actively seeking feedback from patrons can greatly contribute to improving the overall dining experience.

I hope that my feedback will be taken constructively, and you will make the necessary changes to provide a more enjoyable and memorable experience for...

The most rudest owner of a place …. If you can’t respect me and money I ain’t spending it there at allllllll. Never step my foot in that place again!!!!!!!!!!

We ordered food and drinks for over £160 food took nearly 2 hours to come out when we had rung ahead to order!!!! Food tasted good( fish) After they cleared and packed a dog bag for us coz there was a lot left over….. and why not 🤷🏾‍♀️. Then the shite started …. The woman (owner) comes round at nearly midnight asking all patrons that were already in the space to pay £10 if they wanted to stay …. Because they were changing over from a restaurant setting to a club …. Then she comes back rude as hell telling us if we wanted to stay sat on the chairs we should continue to buy drinks otherwise we have to stand up for her customers that are actually buying drinks …. We were intending to continue buying anyway!!!! But what the hell who does that. She is so rude and has her head so far up her ass not good !!!!! LEARN TO TREAT YOUR CUSTOMERS WITH RESPECT, BECAUSE WE SUPPORT YOUR BUSINESS BY BUYING FROM YOU. If I could give a...
