Read moreWas really looking forward to visiting the fosse park Branch. We arrived around 5pm on a Sunday. We were told they couldn’t set out any additional tables outside as they were closing at seven. Even though there was plenty of tables outside stacked up which they could have put out for us but because they were closing at seven they were not allowing any more customers to eat outside. I did try to explain there was a party of seven of us so it would be difficult for us to get a table inside. Unfortunately the staff members weren’t really willing to help us out with the situation .We managed to get a table and wait for another table to be available. As obviously can’t book which is a pain. I would say the menu choice isn’t that great unfortunately. And some of the staff members weren’t great. When I questioned a young lady The various hot drinks options she simply couldn’t be bothered to explain what different choices they had.
However a young man did help me with this and he was very helpful. The food was lovely I can’t complain about the food mainly the service and the attitude of a few of the staff members that really let our experience down. We were told repeatedly that they were closing at seven and then we were told repeatedly they were closing at 6:30. We were getting to leave just before 630 my sister wanted to use the toilets and was told that she couldn’t. I really do think they do need to work on the customer...
Read more#updated- omg i revisited and it's been best experience. Customer service was best, food as always very nice and must say staff was very goods. Even there was more then 5 tables in but manger took time out to ask everyone if everything was good. Manger here is best for customer service. Will definitely be returning back.
Food was nice tea had a bad after taste which put me off a bit. Omelet was nice and other things too. Place looks nice and thats all the good things i can say about it. Thats is 2 stars, Service was very poor, girl on counter had no smile or greetings when we came in, my wife asked what was in some dish and all she could is point at it in menu and says its all written there. I found that to be very rude and unacceptable. While we was there eating, all she could do is keep going on phone and talking on her hands free. For a such establishment i expect better customer care and service. She had much to smile and giggle on phone but none for customers who is paying for her to be there. Customer deserves better then what she had to offer on this occasion. I will be revisiting and on my next visit ill be stating it if I receive same service. This occasion i had my wife with me so I dint want to spoil our day by stating the obvious, even my wife was disappointed with service and shes very forgiving person. I look forward to my next visit to see if improvements has been made with...
