Domino's Pizza - Bolsover — Restaurant in Bolsover

I recently visited Domino’s Bolsover Marketplace to order a takeaway pizza for my daughter, who needed a bit of customization with her meal. The experience was nothing short of excellent!

The order was taken by Gavrajsinh, who was extremely patient, friendly, and knowledgeable. He carefully listened to our requirements and ensured everything was perfect. His professionalism and customer service were outstanding, making the ordering process smooth and stress-free.

To our delight, the pizza was ready in less than 15 minutes while we waited in the store. We ordered a customised Chicken Feast with Cheese Sauce on a Thin and Crispy crust, and it was absolutely delicious! The crust was perfectly crispy, the toppings were fresh and flavorful, and the cheese sauce added a unique, indulgent touch to the pizza.

I will be avoiding this place like the damn plague. We decide to try it as we haven't been to the Bolsover one before. BIG MISTAKE! We ordered 2 pizzas and went to collect. I walked in and the guy couldn't have been less interested if he tried. Not bothering to check the order number at all. I then asked to change the dip for BBQ sauce and you would have thought I'd asked him to go make some fresh with how he huffed at me.

Got home and the pizzas were fine no issue aside from making you drink like a fish but thats just Domino's, they always seem salty. I woke up twice in the night feeling like my stomach was doing backflips. I then end up bekng sick in the early hours of this morning meaning i couldn't go to work. I genuinely felt like crap and am pretty sure it was food poisoning. My wife also felt terrible but had not been sick so she went to work today. So this wasn't a single bad pizza.

£28 for the pizza and the loss of a days pay at £170. So a £200 loss for a meal is...

Had to leave a review as this is one of the best Dominos we've ever had!!🤩 We ordered a large half and half with loads of toppings and not only did they get it all right, hot, fresh and on time, but the toppings had been placed carefully and it was cut into even slices. (I know this might sound a bit daft, but if you've ever had a bad pizza where all the toppings are in a clump, or it has 'bald spots' you'll understand 😆)

We also had chicken kickers - I don't know if the recipe has changed but these were also better than I've had previously. The cookies were also spot on.
