I have had the worst experience. The staff did not care were very very rude and kept talking over me. They deserve no stars. I ordered my food and called to make sure it comes late so I wouldn’t have to wait. Then I get a call 15 mins later saying someone is at the door. I told him to leave with a neighbour then called the store again to ask why they dropped my food before the time I gave them. They were very rude and kept talking back had no manners or etiquette. Decided to bring religion into it and asked what I wanted. I had to eat cold food for something which wasn’t my fault. They got their money. Then he had the cheek to say if you want we will replace your food after I gave him a hard time on the phone. I am not a beggar that you treat me like one. secondly it’s your mistake not mine you are not giving me free food it’s what I have already paid for. Then when I reached home I found there was no sauces with my meal so I called and told them to drop sauces they came 10 mins later and I mentioned about my cold food they didn’t care had no manners so all in all I don’t recommend anyone to go there because it’s not the first time it has happened. They clearly write it’s all about the sauce but never give any sauce. I can assure you no one from my family will ever be going and I wouldn’t recommend anyone to go there as for them it’s all just about the money not about the customer...

We visited again on Sunday evening 01/06/2025. We were greeted with warm smiles and a welcoming atmosphere. The service was exceptional, with the young staff members being attentive and polite throughout our visit. The staff were not only attentive but also genuinely friendly, ensuring that we felt right at home. They were knowledgeable about the menu and made excellent suggestions, which we appreciated greatly. Every menu item we ordered was a delight. The food was not only delicious but also beautifully presented. Additionally, the restaurant's decor has a tasteful blend of modern and classical elements creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. Overall, this Mash’s Wing Ranch branch is a local gem that offers top-notch service, incredible food, and a lovely setting. It's a place where dining feels like a joyous occasion, and I can't recommend it highly enough. Whether you're ordering to takeaway or simply looking to enjoy a great meal, this restaurant delivers on all fronts. Thank You Guys 🙏 Update 5/10/2025: I was recommended the African Heat and Gogo Juice sauces by the young lad who served us. Wow. They were exceptional and the chicken was cooked to perfection once again. I will definitely be returning again. For the price and the experience and food you receive. There is no place better than these guys in the area....

Always get your order wrong, paid for extra things and also asked for specific things which had been forgotten. If you ask for extra peri salt on your chips you have to pay extra so did and they forgot to put it on, the amount of chips with the meal is unacceptable as it looked like there was just over a dozen chips in the box and wasn’t even half full, they sent the wrong drinks, forgot my sauce for the wings and when I rang them up to complain they said they won’t replace the food but will send out some extra chips, that would take ages and I’m not waiting for the rest of my food while everything goes cold. Unacceptable, this is a common occurance and even though the food is ok most of the time, customer service and getting what you pay for though is appalling. They need to sort out communication from Making an order to getting the order correct and sending out what the customer has asked for everytime. Almost every time I order either through the app or ring and sometimes do both to make sure they get it right, they still get it wrong. Totally...
