What a little gem We always love to try new places, and Dip Drizzle Drink didn't disappoint. The menu may be small but it packs a punch. The highlights for us were the Iberian Delights. The Riojan Chorizo and the Serrano ham and the olives are the best we have ever tasted. Even the olive oil and balsamic vinegar are top drawer. The cod croquettas and the gambas pil pil were also very very nice. It was all freshly prepared. If you have room for dessert the burnt manchego cheesecake is sublime and to die for. The price we thought was cheap compared to other restaurants and the portion sizes were larger than your standard chain restaurant tapas. So all in all great value for money. The restaurant itself was very clean and welcoming, and all the staff were very friendly. Olivia our waitress was very attentive. We had a chat with the owner (which in other establishments is a rarity) who was telling us his family lived in Spain for over 20 years and that Covid brought them back here. Great addition to St Annes. Fabulous and authentic Spanish tapas because the ingredients and chef are just so good. The patrons import the best Spanish ingredients for the tapas and also for sale in the deli. They are experts from 30 years in Spain. Relaxed and friendly atmosphere to take time to enjoy the food and drinks. There has been live music each time we have visited which contributes massively to the Mediterranean vibe. We were a group of 4 and shared a range of tapas from across the menu. Every dish was a winner. GF catered for very well. Patrons are fabulous and welcoming. Olivia was an exceptional front of house, helping by explaining the food, making great choices and keeping our glasses filled. Dog as well as people friendly....

If you are looking for something a little different to tickle your taste buds . Get yourself over to St Anne's and visit Dip Drizzle Drink. A charming cosy tapas bar with a friendly welcome. A perfect place to share good quality food, cooked to perfection. What a gem. The flavours are absolutely right on point. Every dish was so good you have to be careful to leave room for an off the chart cheesecake finish. Quite different from the standard cheesecake, only better.
