Greggs — Restaurant in Borough of Runnymede

Wow what a complete shambles!! This has to be the worst Greggs in the whole country. All the food is cold. At what point doesn’t the Greggs staff understand that when we go to a Greggs we would like hot food, not stone cold. I even asked for a hot slice that just came out of the oven, but the staff member wouldn’t change it. All I got was “we don’t have a hot counter” “we don’t have a hot counter”

I would strongly recommend you go to another Greggs, your definitely get better customer service and hopefully some hot food.

This shop is awful, such a messy place need the council called on them for inspection if the out is this messy I can’t even imagine how the inside looks like. Stood in like for 10 minutes for a cheese and onion bake and walked out with yet a seemingly chicken bake even after confirming it was cheese and onion. You guys have five people working around doing nothing and one person serving makes no sense get someone to clean the store at least. This place is not suitable for humans. Updated to 5 star after good experience on july 16, 5pm. Good service good food

Worst experience. I went on to thus place around 8pm on july 1st.

The staff there was kind of rude. The chairs were emply in store. So i requested him if we can eat our margherita pizza in shop but they did not allow me saying it is delivery only store and we are closing. However closing time seems to be 9pm. Also, the pizza was cold and he informed us that it should not be reheaten .

Overall very bad experience. A no go...
