Costa Coffee — Restaurant in Borough of Spelthorne

Love Costa Coffee, I drink a lot of coffee, and these lot always remember my usual drink, it's nice to just come and have a brew and chill out, good atmosphere. Although occasionally gets extremely busy and the queue is out the door, But, us British folk will just queue up as we always do and patiently wait to order. Downside, the food is of medium quality and WAAAY over priced!!!! 4 quid for a Sandwich?!?! Really!?!? I could get a whole loaf, 250g of cheese and half a chicken for that price, then I could make 8 Chicken Toastie Sandwiches. Absolutely horrendous service. Currently cash only, but no sign at all until the till, that means when people are queuing or outside, they cannot see it. No apology when people get to the till and are turned away. The manager was on the phone whilst at the till serving customers. Causing him to ignore them. Extremely busy and only 2 members of staff and the manager on the phone. One member of staff also extremely rude with the customers and very rushed. Came for a coffee at 11.00 Saturday. There are 3 girls who are really confused and don't know how to run the queue effectively. Another two looks young and not properly trained. I'm the 5th customer waiting in a queue took me nearly half an hour even without the hot food ordered flow just served hot drinks I notice qeue order skip and an impatient customer walk of. I worked in coffee shop before with much longer qeue. This should take not over than 10 minutes. Completely incompleten. Please...
