I hope this message finds you well. I recently placed a large order from your Staines branch, and while the service was slightly delayed, that wasn’t my primary concern.
I’ve always looked forward to my Wingstop meals, and this time I ordered:
2 Flavour Mix Bundles 2 Voodoo Loaded Fries 1 Big Flavour Burger 1 Boneless 12-Piece with Ranch Sauce Tubs
The total came to £55.55. However, I regret to say that this was the most disappointing experience I've had with Wingstop.
Unfortunately, when I tried the wings, they didn’t appear to be freshly cooked. While the garlic tenders were lovely and fresh, the wings were not up to the usual standard I’ve come to expect. To make matters worse, the next day both I and my family members, who also ate the wings, fell ill with vomiting. This is deeply concerning, as it suggests that there may have been a significant issue with food safety.
I’ve never encountered this problem at other branches, such as your Reading location, which has always delivered excellent quality. The Staines branch, however, has been a major disappointment and raises serious health and safety concerns.
Given the severity of the situation, I would appreciate knowing what steps will be taken to ensure this doesn’t happen again. Additionally, I would like to request a refund for the amount I spent on this order.

When asked questions about the menu, he seemed very knowledgable too. They say first impressions count, and this is certainly an example of that — we’ll be back. Wingstop — if you want to show the rest of your company what customer service should look like, just have them observe Jerome in action. He gets it right.
