On my arrival with my wife and daughter. I found this eaterie. Warm and welcoming, we were shown to our table. Where upon we were greeted by a warm and welcoming waitress. Who took our orders. This is where it started to go down hill for me. I ordered my stater which was a garlic bread starter with mozzarella cheese. Once it was brought out in a fast timely fashion. I thought it was something I could have bought from Marks & Spencer. So I proceeded to eat it. Now hoping for my main dish lasagne to be alot better. Remembering I am in an Italian restaurant. Low and behold it arrives at my table with a side order of hazzleback roast potatoes. Which in themselves were nice. But unfortunately the lasagne was a different story. It was burnt at the edge's in the earthenware dish it was seved in. Making the dish not very a very pleasurable site. The lasagne was over loaded with mozzarella cheese and was very unedible. To the point my daughter asked the waitress to replace it with another dish. I went on to have spaghetti bolognese. Which was quite nice with a sprinkling of Parmasan cheese. I then followed on with a nice dessert of lemon meringue pie. Which was not freshly made on tge premises. But was bought in from a local dessert supplier. I also had a creme chocolate liquor coffee. Which on finding was if of a reasonable good quality. My overall impression of this restaurant. It relates on it's welknown name. But doesn't live up to the food quality you would expect of a Italian restaurant.

I’m not sure why this restaurant has < 4 stars ( at the time of this review ). I’ve been here a couple of times and have been served by four waiters/waitresses and I could say the service is 5/5. Very friendly and welcoming team is the least I could say. Special thanks to the Polish guy that added ice cream to my Cheese cake 🙏🏼 When it comes to food I’d give this place somewhere between 4-4.5. I’ve tried their Truffle Burgers with Truffle Fries ( if you don’t like strong cheese ask them to remove the Gorgonzola) I’d give this option 4.5/5. I’ve also had their Chicken & Roasted Pepper which I’d give a 4. For deserts I’ve had their Baked Italian Orange Cheesecake which I’d give a 4.5 without the ice cream and a 5 with the vanilla ice cream that was added to my dish. For drinks I’ve had their mango ice tea, Sicilian lemonade and strawberry lemonade and all of them taste good. Overall great experience and definitely deserves more than 3.9 stars. Prices go around 20-30£ depending on whether you get a desert or not.

We came here today on Mothers day and expected to have slow service but it was completely different. We had a very warm welcome and shown to a good sized table. It was quite noisy as the restaurant was packed. There's a great menu with something for everyone especially for vegetarians. We did not have to wait long to order and our food came really quickly. We were really pleased to find our food was hot, fresh and well prepared and presented. Our desserts followed in the same manor and was easy to pay. I would definitely recommend this branch especially compared with the Windsor branch.

Title: Exceptional Experience at Prezzo!

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Prezzo, and I must say, I absolutely love this place! Whether I'm celebrating my daughter's birthday or simply craving a quiet meal, Prezzo never fails to impress. From the incredible staff to the impeccable service and delicious food, my experience was truly out of this world.

One of the standout features of Prezzo is the attentive and friendly staff. They create a warm and welcoming atmosphere, making you feel right at home. What I appreciate the most is that they never rush you to leave. Instead, they take the time to ensure your dining experience is enjoyable and memorable.

The staff members, Kiara, Summer, Dini, and Julie, deserve a special mention for their exceptional service. They went above and beyond to make our visit extraordinary. Their knowledge of the menu was impressive, and they skillfully recommended dishes that perfectly suited our preferences. Their genuine enthusiasm and passion for their work truly shone through, adding a delightful touch to the evening.

The food at Prezzo is simply divine. Every dish we ordered was expertly prepared, bursting with flavor, and beautifully presented. Whether it was a pizza, pasta, or one of their signature dishes, the quality was consistently outstanding. Prezzo has certainly mastered the art of creating a memorable culinary experience.

Overall, I cannot recommend Prezzo enough. It is a place where great food, exceptional service, and a vibrant atmosphere come together to create an unforgettable dining experience. Whether you're celebrating a special occasion or simply looking for a delightful meal, Prezzo is the perfect choice. A huge thank you to the incredible staff members, Kiara, Summer, Dini, and Julie, for making our visit truly exceptional. I'll definitely be returning to Prezzo for many more delightful experiences...

If you want to waste your time, be fooled by the staff, and eat terrible food, then go to this restaurant. My friend was craving Italian food so we went to this restaurant, but the Italian food here was not Italian at all and was absolutely terrible. The pizza was weird and very soft, and the pasta was also too soft and had no bite. It was definitely the worst Italian food I have ever had. I waited 45 minutes for the food to arrive. They said they would only serve the main course after the appetizers were finished, but the kids had already eaten the main course. I've never encountered this situation or heard this excuse in other Western or Italian restaurants. I saw a group of people of the same skin color in the kitchen, walking around like they weren't working. A table behind us arrived 45 minutes later. They were the same skin color as the people in the kitchen, and their food arrived shortly after they sat down. Their pizza and pasta arrived even earlier than ours. For Italian restaurants in the UK, I recommend Pizza Express. They serve food very quickly and use flour specifically for pizza, It tastes chewy and has a wheaty aroma. In addition, the service at Pizza Hut in the UK is very good. They serve the food very quickly and the pizzas are freshly baked...
