Absolutely awful!

Pizza turned up burnt and cold. Completely inedible.

I sent dominos an email regarding this, as no one answered the phone when I called and only had limited time as I was going on shift.

Someone called me from this shop 3 days later at 23:57. We have a young son and this woke them up.

I sent photos of burnt pizza to them and they told me it doesn't look burnt. It clearly is. If anyone wants photos let me know and I will send.

They refused to refund me but said they will give me a free meal. I don't want a free meal, I want my money back given you can't even cook pizza!

Look at all the other reviews, they all say the same thing. The small amount of good reviews are mainly from new accounts with 1 review.

Not had a Domino’s for a couple of years due to extortionate prices compared to other takeaways. Got a menu through the door plus a voucher for 50% off. Great, let’s have a treat me thinks. Not so ! It was the most mediocre pizza ever . A medium pizza + 1 portion of fries , over £18 and that’s half price !!! . To be fair there was £2.99 for delivery but still . They claim the portion of chips is for two people, really ? Don’t mind paying top dollars if the food is good but this wasn’t. What’s happened to Domino’s? They were always over the top price wise BUT the food was great. Won’t be bothering with them again, give me the Best Kebab...

I had a fantastic experience with Domino’s Poulton-le-Fylde! The food was fresh, hot, and delivered right on time. A special thanks to Mallikarjuna Rao, the delivery driver, who was very polite and professional — he made sure everything was perfect.

I also love the new tap-and-review feature they’ve introduced — it’s so quick and easy to leave feedback. This shows how much Domino’s cares about improving their service.

Highly recommend this branch for both great food and excellent customer...
