Habeebas — Restaurant in Borough of Wyre

NEVER EVER EVER order from Dillis. Pick another Indian. I will never do so again, and have urged many of my family and friends who have enjoyed it in the past not to either. Our order yesterday took 1h45 minutes to arrive (on a Wednesday night!), and their phone was consistently busy/off the hook completely when we tried to contact them. When it did arrive, the delivery man was very defensive, and then when we opened the bags ONE OF OUR CURRIES WAS MISSING. We tried to ring them to tell them but it took a further hour to get through to them. In the meanwhile, the rest of our food went cold. When we did get through to them, the member of staff who answered the phone was defensive and unhelpful, accusing us of lying. Furthermore, he didn't even offer to refund us. Like we'd spend an extra hour trying to get through to them on the phone instead of eating after already waiting until 9.30pm for our order to arrive! We spent £30 on food we couldn't eat that was late and incomplete. Just-Eat have refunded us a voucher, but I would urge anyone thinking of ordering from this takeaway to ORDER FROM SOMEWHERE ELSE. I ordered food from Habbebas in Thornton Cleveleys while on holiday at Fleetwood Haven, and it was the worst experience of my life. The naan bread was undercooked and looked filthy, and the doner kebab and curry were just as bad. Shortly after eating, I became seriously ill with diarrhea, and my husband, who has bowel issues, ended up in the hospital with food poisoning. He’s still very unwell.

I have been in contact with the Wyre Commercial Safety Team, and they are now investigating this incident. They plan to conduct a health and safety inspection of the restaurant. If this place isn’t shut down, I will be shocked. The food was not only disgusting but outright dangerous. Avoid...

Waited over 3 hours for a delivery. Ordered food at 4:45. After being fobbed off on the phone 3 times it arrived at 8pm. Why lie to regular customers of over 10 years (dillis, cinnamon blue,all other names). The guy that owns this place should stick to his eat in restaurants as obviously he hasn't a clue on how to run a busy takeaway. This place was great a year or so ago but lately it has gone downhill. To top it all off even after waiting 3 hours they couldn't even be bothered to throw in a couple of popadoms as to say "sorry".
