The Dickens Inn — Restaurant in Borough of Wyre

Quite a small pub. The bar is in the centre with tables and chairs set against the walls. There's a pool table (60p a game), and a darts board. For quite a small pub there are 8 TVS of which there are a few large screen and a couple of smaller ones. There are tables and benches both at the front and back of the pub. Dog friendly. Wheelchair accessible. Nice and clean and reasonably priced. I don't think that they do food, I didn't see any evidence that they did, ie: menus or people eating. Quite a pleasant pub which we visit each time we go...

Who bars a woman from a pub because she split up with her partner who frequents the establishment often. . " hes our bread and butter and I have 2 keep my regulars happy" was a direct quote from the landlord Craig. Oh fair after what you turned a blind eye to catching my friend do...but hes an 18stone juiced up Albanian man ...so rules may differ depending on gender or average...

Very good beer prices. Bar staff are nise and friendly. This new pub manager has really turned this pub around. 6 years ago I hated going into this pub, as the then manager was a very clicky person. And his group of customers were all in that click. But nowadays it's a good pub for a drink and lots of tv's and screens for sky...
