I visited this cafeteria today for the first time and I ordered a ham, cheese and mushroom omelette and one of the people I was with ordered a BLT baguette. All tables in there have numbers and when you make your order they take your table number. The waiter arrives at our table and says omelette to which I reply mine and he says bacon baguette to which my friend says yes that’s mine, what is it he said, bacon and something I’m not sure, is what the waiter replied so we proceeded to eat our meal. After eating some of my omelette I tasted tomato and thought that is strange, then after looking into my omelette I seen there was no ham and no mushroom but lots of tomato so I said to my friend, I have the wrong omelette here and he said I think I have the wrong sandwich too. This seems to have sweet chilli sauce and chicken on it. At which point , the waiter came back over to the table with other meals my friends had ordered and we said looks like you have given us the wrong meals as I have no ham or mushroom in my omelette and my friend ordered the BLT which you have brought for my other friend. Then about five minutes later a lady who I can only assume would be the manager came over to the table and said I believe you were given the wrong meals. Why didn’t you tell us you had the wrong meals with a lot of attitude. And then proceeded to tell her that I was three bites into my omelette before I bit into a piece of tomato so what was she going to do? Take the omelette back and give it to the correct person after I had eaten some of it. Rather than complain, I just flicked a bit of tomato out of the omelette and carried on eating the omelette. Most places I have visited if there has ever been an issue where the waiter has served me the incorrect dish they usually apologise and refund me the extra I paid for my three fillings when I only received two but this place it seems would rather make you feel really small in front of a café full of people because they gave you the wrong order and rather than complain you you just ate it.
