The Corn Mill — Restaurant in Borough of Wyre

Went here today for a early lunch, with my partner and my little girl! My word!! I have never met such lovly, kind understanding bunch of staff in my life! My daughter was given crayons, paper and a book whilst she waited for her food! As for a mother thats a god send! Then at the end given some easter choclates and the lady didnt mind that she took two! Experiance was amazing and the manager/owner should be extreemly happy with his/her staff! Smilling, manners, and food served quick! Tea pot was handled with so much care around my daughter (usually it just gets placed on the table and they say its hot). Lovely little cafe in the heart of poulton spotlessly clean but I'm afraid the advertisement for homecooked food was way below standard I got a hot beef harm with onions and chips the beef was a piece you would get out of a packet hence piece one small piece and a few onions and oven chips my friend with me got cheese pie which she said was nice but oven chips please don't advertise overcooked food then fall this short my beef barm was £7 way to pricey for what was given so sadly...

Great food and nice coffee. Normally that would cause a review to sky its way to five stars. Especially since the Corn Mill pleased me with helpful staff and a fast queue.
