I've been using this takeaway on a regular basis, food is generally very good which had me coming back, what let's the place down is the customer service, main issue being they do not provide separate sauces when majority of the takeaways do, they usually be free too, this place charges around £6.50 a meal and when you ask for sauces they charge 0.50p a tub and it's not even a regular size one, I personally think they should include them as part of the meal, I also didn't like how I asked for 3 of each sauce when I was willing to pay and he still gave 2, I had to come back and confront him stating I was happy to pay so why not give me what I asked for, he had a face on and stated we do not usually include them with meals but I was paying so did not understand what he was saying, for this reason I will no longer be using this takeaway and if you like separate sauces even if it's through justeat and paid for don't be suprised if they don't provide any. Absolutely terrible service. After taking time out to select this takeaway from a range of takeaways in the area. We were told 1hr 20mins for a delivery. After watching the whole england game and still no food, we contacted the takeaway to be told the food was already out and would be with you shortly. Looking at a lot of the reviews this evening it seems this takeaway told this to numerous customers. They obviously have issues dealing with multiple orders. Its probably best ordering from these guys when they open on a weekday. DEFINITELY DO NO ORDER AT THE WEEKEND. This is a small takeaway which is probably best run from a kitchen at home with teenagers on bike delivering the food. Will not be ordering from these guys again even if its the last place open.

Horrendous service considering I have ordered in past, ordered food told over an hour wait, waited,rang back, got told out for delivery, rang back after 2 hours and spoke to someone and told that no food ordered, Than proceeded to put phone down on me when I said I am happy to attend and physically show him the call and duration for both calls..... I have given one star as that was only way I could actually leave a review... The sad thing is that I was originally ordering via uber but rang directly, I rarely leave reviews but I am honestly so angry and I look forward to the owners response and happy to attend in person if he wishes to dispute this version but honestly rude for cutting me off, just state sorry we are busy and we have missed your order but to not admit your mistake and to put phone down on me......
