Visited the shop when it recently opened. I asked for 2 flavours of slush to be mixed however I was told I would have to buy the large cup to have a mixture of flavours. This is the first time ever in my life I have been told this. I have tried alot of places for slush and never ever have I been told that I would need to buy the largest and most expensive cup for have a mixture of 2 flavours. I have bought small size cups from other places and had a mix of 2 or even 3 flavours. I should have know that the experience would be terrible after that interaction. I ordered two regular size cups of slush for the kids and a milkshake for myself. I paid by card and they didn't have a card machine so we had to use a card machine at a local take away. It took over 20 minutes to make the drink which is the lo gest wait I ever had for 3 drinks. Finally when we got the drinks I took a menu and when looking at the price list realised I was over charged by £3. I went back to get my refund but was met by unfriendly staff who found it impossible to believe that they could make a mistake. They never refunded me the money they over charged me. Also this shop is aimed at kids and families however a female staff was dressed inappropriate which see through pants and well everything was on view. Ordered three items.

Item 1 ; received an Oreo waffle instead of a strawberry and Nutella crepe. As a connoisseur of Sugary treats, I’d say that one is more scrumptious than the other.

Item 2 ; shop worker decided for me that a gluten free brownie would substitute for a gluten free chocolate cake. To soften the blow, a post it note saying “sorry we have run out of chocolate cake” was affixed to the inside of the bag.

Item 3 ; Ferrero Rocher milkshake was correct and apparently was quite delicious too, so says my counterpart connoisseur.

Called the shop and was told that I can’t have the original order re-delivered. Was given the option to pop down to the shop and collect it. My legs declined.

Asked for a refund, was told I’d have to call the manager. Asked for the manager to call me back instead (Power move).

Shop assistant called back (power move failed) to say I need to claim a refund through Uber. Uber the arbiter ruled in favour.

Assistant was very apologetic and I feel she did try her best, but overall an incredibly bad experience.

Absolute shocking business. Looked online today to see that sweet tree opens at 12pm. Went online and placed an order for delivery, let me choose the delivery slot which I chose 12.45p. Paid £15 for an ice cream and a milkshake to be delivered. 10 mins later I recieve a message saying there was a problem sending my order to the shop and to call the number, a refund has been made and I will recieve it in 3 to 5 business days!!!! What???? So even though I did not want to go out I got in my car and drive there to see what was going on and guess what?? It was closed!! Says opens at 12pm on their site, let me choose what I wanted and then let me pay! Why allow this? I am absolutely disgusted as £15 for an ice cream and a milkshake is not cheap!
