The review before mine makes no sense. I went with 3 very young kids. The service was AMAZING. We were late and it was busy but we weren't made to feel rushed at all, she offered us drinks, she told us what to do, she told us the prices are the prices labelled. I then heard her say the same things to others who had come in during our time there. Always with a smile and a gentle look. When we had finished she took pics of the finished products and told us to come after 7 days to collect them, the information is even written in the link in the text message we get (the receipt) so really Jackie should have either payed attention or read the receipt.

Went to collect them 7 days later and they looked beautiful! Better than I expected them to look considering they were done by 3 infants 6 and under, nicely glazed over. The lady who saw to me was so lovely, beaming smile and again just seemed so relaxed and happy to be there to help!

My kids were asking when we could go again even before we left the place, they loved it!

I loved the service. I loved the calming atmosphere. I loved the layout. I loved the decor. I loved the smiley helpful staff. And I really loved the time I spent there with my kids, and most importantly so did they! A very kid friendly place

Nice place let down by small details we had to practically beg for two glasses of tap water as we were offered no drinks whatsoever to accompany our afternoon tea today No instructions at all given regarding the painting No receipt given for our finished work, no information from the staff, where to. Leave our work or when we can collect it once fired The only proof we have is photos we took This afternoon the staff seemed at best distracted and at worse couldn't care less It wasn't busy either It's a shame because the food was nice Even though we weren't given Serviettes and our hands were messy Both from the food and the paint Really needs...

We had the private room upstairs booked out for my hen party - Tilly looked after us all afternoon - all the staff were really helpful and offered great suggestions!

Lots of helpful extras like plates, cutlery and glasses provided for snacks and drinks, and they were happy to dress the room for me in advance.

Would highly highly recommend and can't wait to come back and collect our completed pieces, as well as coming back a second time to create some more crafty...
